There are not many bookshops left of this type, and i love hunts. Its a smallish bookstore next to woolworths (well for the moment anyway) the owner is great and he genuninly cares about his books, he knows everything there is to know about the book, the authors, the illustators, what they are working on next etc.he is amazing. My children love going in there, and are facinated by the owner.
His prices are really really good and to be honest he is just as cheap as the more popular places, which god knows how he does it, i really do not know.
He sells lots of history books, childrens books, novels, some gorgeous globes (the really posh ones ).
He also sells some great posters and bookmarks etc.
The childrens area also has a little seating area to encourage them to read, which again is loverly that he encourage this.
I love this store and hope that the people of rugby support it in order for him to remain open for many more years to come especially with the current financial state. read more
