It has a great balance of feeling both intimate and structured. There is very little staff turnover and the staff really care about the kids. We also love that they're not-for-profit. We were here for about a half a year before switching to another daycare that was closer to our house--but found the new daycare was nowhere near up to par (high staff turnover, chaotic environment, young staff on their cell phones). We came back to 12 Corners after a few months and have not regretted moving back at all. Child care isn't cheap, but that's the case for a lot of places now, and it's definitely worth it to not be worried about dropping my child off every morning.

Kumon has helped them grasp concepts months, if not at least a year or two faster than their peers. As a result, my children were able to excel in their studies (Reading and Math) throughout their education. I firmly believe Kumon was a direct contributor to their performance in school in those subjects.

I know they have been invited to and attended important life events of many of their current/past students, such as graduation, concerts, and even weddings, which proves their truthful relationships with students and parents.

I saw first hand the disorganization, lying, and dishonesty that was upheld there, with employees, and their care for kids was not great, although i never thankfully saw harsh or abusive behaviors, they were not sweet and loving, or seemed to have given anyone a care in the world. Children need to be loved and cared for and employees need to be treated nicely and not cheated or lied to. I dont recommend this place for your child or employment

Mindfulness is practiced here among students and teachers alike. Yes, students do chores. That is one of the tenets of the Montessori way, and one main reason why I chose Trinity. Kids are taught to be civil with each other, to be responsible, to learn practices associated with real life in addition to the usual disciplines, such as math, writing, reading, etc. The approach at Trinity is to nourish the whole person with kindness, patience while imbibing a sense of responsibility to the whole classroom. This clown who complains about "child labor" doesn't understand the point of Montessori or its value.
