When we have a more detailed question, Sarah or Roxanne help us out at their desk with paper work such as setting up accounts, notarizing signatures, etc. I feel like I can talk to these people, and they are not just a corporate facade to me. This is very important, because there are times when I have questions that cannot be answered by an FAQ online. I'm definitely a fan of this bank location. :-)

First Day I was greeted by Shauna M Philip the moment I stepped in and she started the process right away . She was very patient and friendly too and did all the 10 documents . She was pretty nice coz I caught her during the lunch time but she did everything so carefully. It took like 50 mins to get the whole thing done.
