They know you...like banks used to be able to do in the older days. The attention they give is outstanding. We hit a rough financial spot many years ago and Integrity was understanding..not judgemental and friendly. We are well beyond that point but the bank provides many services to keep us staying an active member. I highly recommend this credit union because we are never shocked....they don't bill surprises and if you get in a hole...they will guide you out. The on line banking is user friendly but occasionally, I like going into the bank to see friendly faces.

It is also handicap accessible (with the exception of the tellers desk) and is always kept clean. The staff here are always polite and helpful & this location is easy to get in & out of.

The people who work here are always pleasant and helpful, making sure to greet every person who enters the doors and make them feel welcome. They are a small branch but their line always moves quickly. Though if you can avoid rush hour, it's probably for the best. Their drive through is super convenient as long as all the customers from the mustard seed next door don't block your way. They do have parking specifically for the bank in the parking lot but the people going to mustard seed tend to disregard the signs. They have been fining and even towing more though so hopefully that problem decreases over time.

They are understaffed. The staff they have are friendly and helpful. There's only one lady (banker) who is not as friendly and never smiles. I have complained about service for disabled as there is a sign that says that if you require special assistance (with the recognized disability sign) to let them know. I think that if someone is struggling to stand up in line with a cane, then a teller or banker should excuse themselves and either offer their support.. Offer a seat, serve them.. There are not enough seats in the lobby and the line goes out the door at peak times. At one point, they didn't even have a notary. I complained about this and now they have one, however if you need this service, call ahead. In summary, if you need branch services, drive the 4 miles to Ravenna branch. Much better.

This is a full service Chase Bank in downtown Akron which I love because from where I live in Cleveland, the nearest one is a 12-15 min drive away which isn't bad at all. Still, it is nice to have a bank close to where I work. There is an ATM machine here too so if the bank is closed and you happened to be at work after hours, then you can still withdraw cash or deposit money. The ATM is in the main lobby of the Akron Centre and also next to the entrance door of Chase. SERVICE - Everyone I've encountered inside this Chase branch has been super nice and friendly. LOCATION -- This Chase is located inside the Akron Centre. This location is more convenient for those who work in the area or those who work in the building. If you are just passing through then this may be a difficult location to visit just because you will have to park downtown and we all know how annoying downtown parking can be. There are parking garages downtown with the closes one being at the First Energy building or the Cascade parking garage.
