    I was trying to remove my money out of the bank after a large deposit. There is a very nasty lady…read morethere she wouldnt accept my bank card and d.l. for the withdrawal. She was the most rude employee of all time. With her eye rolling and heavy breathing. We were told that you dont have your phone number linked to the account. I have never been told that was necessary. In the end she refused and there was nothing i could do. So smart ass me went to the atm over and over taking out 800.00 at a time till i got what i requested. Ill show you chase bank!

This branch serves a large campus community…read more That being said, there are never enough bankers available for questions, and other banking services that cannot be handled by the tellers. They are understaffed. The staff they have are friendly and helpful. There's only one lady (banker) who is not as friendly and never smiles. I have complained about service for disabled as there is a sign that says that if you require special assistance (with the recognized disability sign) to let them know. I think that if someone is struggling to stand up in line with a cane, then a teller or banker should excuse themselves and either offer their support.. Offer a seat, serve them.. There are not enough seats in the lobby and the line goes out the door at peak times. At one point, they didn't even have a notary. I complained about this and now they have one, however if you need this service, call ahead. In summary, if you need branch services, drive the 4 miles to Ravenna branch. Much better.

I was told that the people had to sign the back and then endorse it over to me cause I have the account. I was told I could deposit it through the ATM or through mobile banking. so I deposited or through ATM waited through the holding period. now being told they are not going to clear the check because my name wasn't on it. (keep in mind I did what they told me to do before I even deposited it) so I call our insurance agent. asked her to put a stop payment on it and reissue another one. she told me that the check already cleared so she can't stop the check. Huntington already cleared the check. go figure. still can't get it released. it has been 3 weeks. they first told me my insurance agent needed to call to request the check be sent back.... then with no avail I go into the branch by my house... now the insurance financial institution needs to make a claim with Huntington.... hmmmm..... today I called my insurance agent.... she said Huntington called their financial institution to ensure it was not a fraudulent check. they confirmed it WAS NOT fraudulent. to go ahead and release the funds.... they still have not. now they need to get ahold of Bank of America to "find out how to send the check back". now we are going on 3 weeks..... how come no one there knows how to do their damn job?? all I wanted was for them to either release the funds (been 3 damn weeks) or send the check back so I can get another one issued. how come it's so hard for people to do their damn job???? I have never had a problem with this bank until now. no one will give me a correct phone number so I'm taking this to the top. I give them no stars.... at all.... terrible with information.... terrible in getting issues resolved. I have been with them for a few years now and needless to say.... I will be looking for a new bank!!!!

She was on top of everything, replying promptly to all calls and emails and answering all questions we had accurately, explaining anything we didn't understand in a way we could easily understand.
