During my time living there, I witnessed all the following: * Fights in the parking lot (Frequently enough that the sounds became familiar) * The dumpster catching on fire * Management threatening to tow renters' cars because they "had not been moved in a long time" despite clearly moving from one space to another over a week's time. Amenities they offer, such as pet waste disposal spots around the properties, are NOT maintained. It's rare that any baggies are stocked in any of these posts, and so people just let their pets poop everywhere. Considering the rent goes up about 3% yearly, they should be able to manage some plastic bags to collect poop with or have a waste collection effort to reduce the amount of pet waste. When I've needed to speak with some of the management for the property, I'd often find the office empty during business hours as the person working the front desk would be in her next-door apartment instead of in the office. The management will become downright hostile with any excuse they can find to be. The maintenance guy is nice, but everything else about Stoneridge is AWFUL. Do not rent here unless you absolutely cannot find somewhere else.

She has been managing my property for two months now and I can only sing her praises. She has made contact with every tenant and set up reasonable dates to pick up rents, which has improved rent collection. She has focused on the pest control in a way that no one ever has. She keeps me informed and gets tasks done efficiently. Far better than my previous property manager. Highly recommend their services.

Did not have them as a landlord but, they did do renovations on a property I purchased. Per the inspection, they were supposed to fix or repair my roof, they lied and said they did. They even sent me a picture of a resealed roof that was implied to be mine, which in time proved to be some one elses roof. I've reached out to the owner and he refuses to return my calls or respond to my text messages. How do crooks like this stay in business?

They are not renewing leases so they can upgrade and charge more rent. The noise and inconvenience since they bought the property has been nothing short of rude and awful. They have no concern for the tenants whatsoever, it is all about the might dollar. The smiles and faked concern at the leasing office is just that..fake. The front gates haven't been in operation since the bought the property. They ride in their little upgraded carts like royalty. They are upgrading the leasing office, which was just upgraded by the previous owners, nothing wrong with it.. But why not spend more money to pass on to the renters. They answered the phone every time i called in 2-6 rings. I can't speak on the renovated apartments as I am in a classic but even as a classic you can still work with it. I was a previous homeowner and for the massive size of this complex it is incredibly well handled. There's something like 380 apartments here and the staff manage it fairly well, like i said for the massive size. If youre looking into it contact Yvette!!! She honestly made everything sooo easy. She also treated me like family and that was so warming & inviting having come from out of state. she even came on her off day to welcome me on my move in date. I was a homeowner for a while & here's my opinion so far on the apartments themselves and amenities: **(MAKING 3x the rent is seriously required for this place due to utilities.. please live within means or get a trusted room mate).** - G/W/Sewage are on the rental portal for you to pay SEPARATELY... electric & internet is paid separately. You will have to set up electric with Potomac Edison & get your own account #. - THEY ARE PET FRIENDLY... 2 pet limit (250 deposit each & 50 monthly each) - you can pay for reserved parking or park in the ample space, they have plenty of spots. (you will have to walk, people seem to have lots of cars for whatever reason in some buildings) - washers and dryers are paid via an app that you can preload money into. they're pretty simple to use. i wash my clothes frequently & haven't had an issue. - mailboxes are located on the bottom floor from what i've seen in my building. - they use Antietam as their internet provider. (t-mobile users beware though, i have some seriously bad service in the area & am switching providers soon). - storage space inside the apartments are absolutely insane, i owned a 2 bed 2 bath home & i had plenty of space for all my previous homeowners items (theres also storage rooms in the laundry room) - the windows are MASSIVE.. only thing is i do not get much natural light because i'm bottom floor. depends which poles your apartment faces. - the appliances work well, i dont like them much aesthetically but they do their job. the fridges & ovens are sooo cute though. - i dont like the sinks, very outdated and there is some hardwater build up, the garbage disposal is substandard but nothing i cant manage thankfully having experience in owning. if you wouldn't be able to deal with it go for the reno'd units. - my shower was updated & i must say, the water pressure is lovely on your back after moving in. - PLENTY OF OUTLETS OMG!!! - SOME recessed lighting/lighting fixtures. bedrooms and the living room do not have lighting so about 3 floor lamps would be needed. (the closets do have lighting). - the HVAC system does an amazing job, it's kind of loud though, it would wake me up periodically while i was dozing off. - the water gets absolutely scalding... whew - my carpets are something i can't speak on just yet, i had a weird situation & they need to be replaced so i cant speak on their quality as of yet. - i haven't tried the gym yet but im excited to go. that's all i have on the place for now. remember there's rental friendly things you can do to make these apartments your own. they have amazing potential and lovely staff. (not speaking on the reno'd units). & big thanks to Yvette and the property manager (Savannah too). you made things so much easier & welcoming.

Unhelpful, mind you she is only on the premises 4 hours a day Mon-Fri but trying to get any answers or solutions out of her is like pulling teeth. The example apartment she showed us was nothing like the one we moved in to. On the date we moved the apartment was FILTHY and we walked her through it with her "cleaning" lady pointing out EVERYTHING that was missed. The carpets are repulsive, she even stated that in the 4 or so years she has been here she has no proof of them ever being changed, they are worn down, stained, and have holes....and no it's not just my apartment I have contacted a few current tenants and they have the same issue. And yet it was stated to me that it's pretty much my fault because I walked through the apartment before we moved...NOT TRUE SAW THE APARTMENT ON MOVING DAY and they still refuse to change the disgusting moldy carpet and bathroom flooring. Maintenance takes it upon himself to enter your apartment whenever he feels with no prior notice. And when I pointed this out she stated I placed a work order...which I did in November when I first loved in, it was handled in June with no notice to me that they were coming to FINALLY fix the problem. The complex does not fumigate, the halls are filthy with lights missing, so clearly they don't clean at all. They make the outside attractive but that's about it. So if you move here good luck I can not wait till my lease is up so I can leave this dump!! RENTERS BE WARE YOUR MONEY IS BETTER SPENT ELSEWHERE!!
