During my time living there, I witnessed all the following: * Fights in the parking lot (Frequently enough that the sounds became familiar) * The dumpster catching on fire * Management threatening to tow renters' cars because they "had not been moved in a long time" despite clearly moving from one space to another over a week's time. Amenities they offer, such as pet waste disposal spots around the properties, are NOT maintained. It's rare that any baggies are stocked in any of these posts, and so people just let their pets poop everywhere. Considering the rent goes up about 3% yearly, they should be able to manage some plastic bags to collect poop with or have a waste collection effort to reduce the amount of pet waste. When I've needed to speak with some of the management for the property, I'd often find the office empty during business hours as the person working the front desk would be in her next-door apartment instead of in the office. The management will become downright hostile with any excuse they can find to be. The maintenance guy is nice, but everything else about Stoneridge is AWFUL. Do not rent here unless you absolutely cannot find somewhere else.

The front gates haven't been in operation since the bought the property. They ride in their little upgraded carts like royalty. They are upgrading the leasing office, which was just upgraded by the previous owners, nothing wrong with it.. But why not spend more money to pass on to the renters. Tacked on all kinds of new fees when you renew.

The carpets are repulsive, she even stated that in the 4 or so years she has been here she has no proof of them ever being changed, they are worn down, stained, and have holes....and no it's not just my apartment I have contacted a few current tenants and they have the same issue. And yet it was stated to me that it's pretty much my fault because I walked through the apartment before we moved...NOT TRUE SAW THE APARTMENT ON MOVING DAY and they still refuse to change the disgusting moldy carpet and bathroom flooring. Maintenance takes it upon himself to enter your apartment whenever he feels with no prior notice. And when I pointed this out she stated I placed a work order...which I did in November when I first loved in, it was handled in June with no notice to me that they were coming to FINALLY fix the problem. The complex does not fumigate, the halls are filthy with lights missing, so clearly they don't clean at all. They make the outside attractive but that's about it.
