Review for United Commercial Insurance, LLC…read more I am extremely disappointed with the way United Commercial Insurance handled my policy and billing issue. On 9/24/2025, the company made an unauthorized ACH withdrawal of over $9,400 from my checking account for my annual premium. I immediately contacted my agent, Natasha Ammons, and sent her a screenshot of the email I received. She told me this was not supposed to happen and advised me to stop payment with my bank, which my bank confirmed was not possible. On 9/26/2025, after my account went negative and bills began bouncing, I reached out again stressing the urgency of the situation. Let me point out: while trying to obtain me as a client, Natasha returned every call and text within minutes--even during her mother's funeral services. Now, when a serious issue has happened, my calls and texts went unanswered for hours. When I finally spoke with her, she said she would "look into it" but provided no solution. After multiple attempts, I requested to speak with her manager. Instead of a direct call back, I was sent an 888 number with no clear extension, wasting even more time. Eventually, Natasha sent me an email stating the refund had been processed and that I would receive a check in 7-10 days--meaning I am left with a negative account balance for over a week while my bills and obligations go unpaid. We are not talking about a small amount--this was over $9,400. The lack of urgency, accountability, and customer care from both Natasha and United Commercial Insurance as a company is absolutely unacceptable. A situation this serious required immediate escalation and resolution, not vague promises and silence. If you value customer service, communication, and financial responsibility, I would strongly caution against trusting this company with your business. They are playing with my livelihood and I said as much in not such nice terms.

Beau Murray State Farm Insurance is wonderful, professional, and most importantly fully informed on the ins and outs of the insurance coverage policy and limitations. He took 2 hours on the phone with me to work through life insurance complications and coverage for our unique situation. I'm a law school graduate so I appreciate him knowing the landmines our complex scenarios we could avoid by setting up the policy correctly with so many parties involved. I purchased a life insurance policy for the kind young lady helping me and my husband have a child through surrogacy. It was a complex package (her, her family, me and my husband, and our trust). Basically, an advanced scenario that only a skilled insurance agent can handle. Now I fully understand why he was referred to us. He is knowledgable with wills, trusts, estates as beneficiaries. He can do life insurance outside the state of Idaho. He helps clients throughout Nampa, ID and Greatter Boise area for auto insurance, home insurance, life insurance, etc. He was compassionate, patient, and understanding. Extremely knowledgeable. We are going to use him again for our second surrogacy journey when we purchase life insurance for baby 2 journey. Use him for coverage.

I cannot say enough good things about my experience with Ken Wells State Farm. Throughout an…read moreincredibly stressful and prolonged home restoration process, Hugo, Ken, and the entire team provided unparalleled support, professionalism, and kindness. A special thank you to Hugo, who truly went above and beyond in advocating for me when I felt completely powerless. I was dealing with an extremely difficult State Farm claims adjuster (Tiffany)--who does not work for this local office but is part of the larger State Farm organization--and she caused me significant harm by making decisions that disregarded my well-being, dismissing critical concerns, and creating additional obstacles instead of helping. The stress and frustration she caused me were overwhelming, but Hugo and Ken stepped in to fight for me when I had no voice. Despite having no direct control over the claims process, Hugo worked tirelessly to ensure I wasn't left without options. His advocacy, persistence, and genuine care for my situation made an enormous difference. Ken was also incredibly supportive, offering guidance, answering my questions, and making sure I felt heard. Every time I called, I was met with compassion, understanding, and real effort to help me navigate a difficult situation. Unlike Tiffany, who made things harder, Hugo, Ken, and the entire local State Farm team fought for me. They made sure I got the help I needed when I felt abandoned by the larger claims system. Their integrity, dedication, and personal attention to their clients set the gold standard for customer service. Because of their unwavering support, I will be a lifelong State Farm customer through this local office. If you're looking for an insurance agency that truly cares, this is the one to go to. Thank you again, especially to Hugo and Ken--your efforts did not go unnoticed, and I appreciate everything you did more than I can express!

I HIGHLY recommend Resolved Taxes and Bookkeeping, which is a boutique tax preparation company…read more Over the past couple of years, I became increasingly frustrated with online tax software because it always seemed insufficient for my financial situation. I am a W-2 employee with a small side business, so I have deductions, withholdings, retirement accounts, and investments that online tax software doesn't always handle well. I often felt that the software was impersonal and resulted in missing small business tax advantages or deductions. When I found Resolved, I found Elijah to be incredibly personable, trustworthy, reliable, certified, and highly professional. When preparing my taxes, he takes a detailed look at my financial situation for the year, follows up with phone calls, and makes sure I've taken advantage of every appropriate tax advantage. For example, he noticed that TurboTax had overlooked an incorrect cost basis on a previous year's tax return. Because of his attention to detail and excellent service, he helped amend the return, which resulted in a refund. Additionally, their website portal is very easy to use for completing forms and uploading documents. I highly recommend this company if you are looking for a knowledgeable tax preparer who provides personalized service and takes the time to understand your unique financial situation.
