Their staff if incredible and so well informed that I was able to say very vague words (cat safe, easy to manage, does well in windows) and was offered a variety of plants. They are so so well priced and there is such a wide selection. The shop feels like magic the way it just keeps going the further in you walk! So glad I went to Potted instead of a big retailer.
