Walked in on a Friday and the place was dead; not a good sign…read more Huge place, lots of family photos and a few TV's. The server was very nice and informed us that they had a happy hour price from 4pm- 8pm 10 wings for $10!!! You also get to choose two flavors. The wife and I got an order of two each. Teriyaki, Sweet Chili, Garlic parm, and the other was a signature sauce that was a teriyaki hot sauce blend. My kid got tenders and fries.. They came out and looked great, but I didn't have high hopes since the place was dead.. I took the first bite and OMG!!!!! Nice crisp crust with a juicy center. The sauce full of flavor! How is this place not out the door packed?!!! If this place was in Missouri where I am originally from you wouldn't be able to get in. When I say these are the best wings I have ever had I can't express that enough!!!! I asked why they weren't busier, and the server said because Buffalo Wild Wings opened. If you are going to BWW just so you can drink beer and eat worse food you are a MORON!!! Always support local businesses; especially when they have way better food! This is now our wing spot and I'm so glad we found it 100 out of 10 Oh and my child got tenders and fries that were also AMAZING but she stopped eating that and scarfed our wings, so I dipped her chicken in some of the wing sauce, and even their tenders tasted better than most chicken places! You want wings bring your butt here!!!

Our first ever visit to Conway and we definitely picked the right spot to enjoy dinner! Don't let…read morethe simple name of the place fool you, Mike's Place isn't nearly as casual as it sounds!! The atmosphere is casual, the food is not, it's very upscale, fancy and delicious! We started with a couple Manhattan's and the Parmesan Zucchini Fries. Having a cocktail in a dry county is special but those crispy, tender strips of zucchini were even more special, like no other fried zucchini I've ever had! The house salads arrived shortly after the appetizer and they were loaded with goodies for being the lagniappe (Cajun word used for side dish). Entree's arrived just as we finished our salads, perfect timing, and were perfect! I had the ultimate shrimp platter so I could try three of the shrimp and all three were delicious. Hubby's steak was cooked perfect temp and the blackened seasoning was nice and spicy. Service from Russel was top notch, he was super attentive and very kind. We'll become regulars for sure as we'll be in the area for awhile. Can't wait to try the crab cake and so many other things on the expansive menu.

It was our first time dining there, and we had driven nearly an hour and a half to get there…read morebecause it was a special occasion. We read reviews and thought we'd eat there. We arrived at 7:15pm and told that it would be over an hour wait for the dining room or we could sit in the bar area immediately, so we chose the bar area. Our server came to take our drink order while we looked at the menu. I asked about the beer on tap and was told that it was local craft brewers, I asked if Coors Light in the bottle was available and was told yes. I ordered that and was asked if I wanted a glass with it and I said no that I preferred to drink out of the bottle. Well, in a few minutes, another server brought my wife's glass of wine and my beer IN A GLASS! I distinctly ordered my beer in the bottle, but I decided to drink it anyway since the restaurant was so busy. After a few sips I noticed an odd taste that I couldn't quite put my finger on. Almost a soapy taste. When our server came for our order, I brought his attention to the beer being in a glass and not how I ordered. He said that he would correct it. He took our order, we both ordered the Ribeye cooked medium. When it came time for our salads, my wife had hers promptly but mine wasn't. We had to remind our server twice before my salad arrived, but it came about 2 minutes before our steaks. So naturally because of the size of the table we were at, I couldn't eat my salad. (We were at a small table for 2) Just as I thought that things would be better, my steak was so chewy that I couldn't enjoy it. Now I realize that it was Friday night and y'all were extremely busy, but come on now, $50 for a Ribeye that was the quality of something you would get at Texas Roadhouse or Logan's? Sorry for being so brutally honest, but we were very disappointed in our visit.....

Recommendations from friends did not pan…read moreout all so well, and some random selections that we had made based on online ratings were not that good either. So much to our delight when we happened upon Wing Station, which was boasting a large "Now Open" sign out front of a building that appeared to have recently gone an extensive renovation. A quick online search revealed one 5-star recommendation on Yelp (which I always find as suspect), but we proceeded to check out the menu and liked what we read. What initially caught my eye was "Wings" in the name of the restaurant, but Wing Station offered a much more interesting assortment of dishes for the palate. We decided to order takeout that included hot wings, fried catfish, fried okra, corn fritters, and Shrimp Hibachi with rice. Wow, what a pleasant experience! Because we ordered onsite we had to wait about 20 minutes for everything to be prepared, and we were not disappointed. Everything we got was excellent and cooked to perfection. Be sure to check out the extensive and unique menu posted on their website. Appetizers range from Cheese Sticks to Egg Rolls, and main menu items include Fried Rice, Noodles, and a variety of seafood and chicken items and plates.
