Reading their rules if you order the day of they might not be able to honor the girl you choose. The originally booking for this service was easy and convenient, however the day of the event which was my bachelorette party, a random dancer whom I didn't book called me asking if I wanted to upgrade to having two female dancers for an extra charge, I declined. The dancer was scheduled to arrive between 10-11pm, after midnight I had to email the company on requesting a refund immediately because the dancer never showed up, never called texted or anything. I didn't have any contact information to call anyone and this was just very unprofessional. We had an outstanding experience with Miami performer "Jay" as our entertainer for a bachelor party. The process of selecting our performer by viewing photos, scheduling online, and adding party details was seamless and made me feel confident with the experience. The arrival of the performer was very comfortable. Jay texted when he had arrived, and honored a special request for a super hero outfit and made this fun by adding some comic book anecdotes to his introduction. The performance itself was great--He brought a fun energy to the room and made sure that every attendee felt comfortable and was having a good time. His dance moves in particular were impressive and he brought loud of laughs to the group. I have heard of experiences in the past where performers do not look like their photos or are much older and out of shape; This was not the case here, as Jay looked exactly like his photos. After booking we received a call that he was "out of town" but someone who looked "just like him" was coming.... we booked for 9:00pm... this was for a Bachelorette party so you can imagine we had other plans for later so that's why we chose 9. He was 30 minutes late arriving. He finally got there and danced for about 8 minutes... now when you book it specifically says 30-45 minute show. He was not very attractive (did not look like the one we picked) nor was he very entertaining. It was awful! Not worth the $350 +tip. The Bride was not impressed! Now, I did give 2 stars because when I called back after to complain, they confirmed it with the dancer (he admitted he was awful) and then refunded the 1/2 that was on my card and had the dancer return to the house to reimburse us the cash portion! Do not book through here!! Do Charleston strippers instead!! (Mother of the bride ordered entertainment from there night one!! Cheaper AND much more entertaining!)!!! read more

Never even got to experience the show... was trying to book a stripper for a bachelor party on an island right next to put-in-bay in Ohio. Many companies including this one advertise that they will travel to put-in-bay our island was literally a 5 minute ferry ride from That island.... i had books the show for 2pm as we wanted to go out and enjoy the island the rest of the day, and the ferry's don't run too late so we had to do it sooner rather than later. At about noon i got a call from The girl saying she was just about to leave her house, which would have been fine if she wasn't 3 hours away (including terry's, which i didn't know at the time). At about 2pm i went to the ferry dock to wait for them when she texted me that they were going to be there at 4 pm now... 2 hours after we agreed upon... still since i had already paid the deposit i figured we would still wait for them to arrive and just move the day back a few hours. 4pm comes along and i call her to see if she's close. NOPE! Still about an hour away. (There was a lot of back and forth). Finally i called the company back to cancel It saying we had a day planned and then being 3+ hours late was throwing it way of course! They still charged the deposit, which honestly pissed me off since they were already late as hell! And as if that wasn't bad enough the girl called me back up and tried to extort $375 from me, since that what she was "owed"...yea i said no way am i paying you!!! I am beyond disappointed with the service of this company, or shall I say, lack of service. So, I ordered a dancer (Odessey) for my husband's surprise birthday party (State:New Jersey). I was told that there would be an 1 hour window, which gives the dance time to show up. Long story short, no one showed up. I reached out to Laurie with H&B entertainment and she informed me that the dancer was having car trouble, so another dancer could be sent in her place. However, the new dancer wouldn't be able to arrive until midnight, two hours after the first girl was supposed to perform. Plus, I had no idea of how this new dancer looks. It was highly unprofessional that no one reached out to let me know that the dancer would not be showing up. There were many people in attendance that were ready to spend money. If you're looking to find a dancer, I would advise you to go check out some of your local strip clubs. You would think that going through a company would lead to more reliability, but that was definitely not the case in this situation. Don't waste your time. read more

It ruined the bachelor party and the rest of the night...Going through the booking process was fine and I did receive a phone call and confirmation email but the night of the party the stripper never showed. We waited around for 2 hours giving plenty for a grace period but no stripper...not even a phone call. I tried calling the agency but it went to voice mail which was expected. I left a message explaining the situation but have yet to hear anything back. Since the agency is only the middle man I can't put the full blame on them but it's their responsibility to confirm availability and hire reliable entertainment. The stripper called and said he would not be able to make it to our 9pm appointment but would have to be 3 hours late. then at the 1 hour late point he said he would not be able to make it... AT ALL! Because he was over booked. How is it possible to book a stripper for 2 gigs in one evening?? Then I spoke to 2 different managers "Peter" then "Michael" who ever so boldly stated "I'm a manager not their mother". So you'll get no help because these strippers do not actually work for the company so NOBODY can assure you any sort of service. Then to add insult to injury, after I stated that I had booked an entire month ago and should have been notified if they were over booked, Michael responded "I don't care if you booked 3 years ago." We hired two girls for a bachelor party and it was by far the lowest point in an otherwise great night. The girls were over a half hour late and completely unprofessional. They went into my bathroom to change and somehow completely ripped my towel rack out of the wall (and didn't even tell me). The "show" that followed was an utter disappointment. I called and left a message to confirm my reservation the day before (march 18) and the day of with no return call. The day of the event the entertainer was a no-call, no-show.
