Proceed with caution: the female manager is very pushy about tipping. If you don't want to tip her several hundred dollars for simply swiping a card and pointing in a certain direction, she'll get straight up rude about it. I've also personally seen her scribble extra zeros on tip lines when the customer was too drunk to notice. When I tried reporting her for that and on the clock drug usage, her bff manager Brett lied to protect her. This hostile work environment has caused lots of employees to quit and some are under this thread trying to warn you. Midori was a manager at Scores NY around the time they got busted for fraud. The front door guy is super pushy and basically tells you that you can't come in unless you buy a bottle. They have a dress code like no sweatshirts. The girls are okay but I would say only 3 very pretty girls. Lap dances are $20 but no touching and no privacy as you are getting it in front of the whole room to watch. WORST Rick's EXPERIENCE EVER! I have been going to this ricks and others for years all over the county and this location is a JOKE. I always spend good money. every time I come to ricks. I came in on Saturday (1/11/2025) by myself and bought a bottle of class azul. Within 15 minutes of coming inside a random guy I never met before takes some stacks of money off of my table WITHOUT MY PERMISSON and SPENDS the money. When I confronted him about it he tells me he's "the owners son" and essentially tells me he can do whatever he wants. I spoke with management about it, they explain that they will make it right for me, while not even apologizing but making excuses for the guy. "oh he is just drunk", "he is just "fu*ked up". Instead of asking the belligerent drunk to leave they ended up asking me to leave because he complained that I had brought cannabis inside. I didn't smoke the cannabis inside I only brought it in. When they searched me at the door they let me bring the weed in, since it's legal for recreational used in Chicago and I purchased it from the dispensary down the street. *Not to mention I was there the night before and I brought my weed inside without any issues also so I didn't know. I think it was all a misunderstanding and I was told by one of the staff to wait outside for him to come back and talk with me and he never came back so I left. What a spot! Was here in the Windy City on a business trip and stumbled across this amazing little establishment. In a nutshell, the women- incredible. The ambiance- fun and intimate. What stood out most about this particular club however, was the service- just the best hospitality I've experienced in quite some time. At most nightlife establishments, you are usually treated as one of many in the flock. Update to the response from Macy: I frequent strip clubs and in cities with a better strip club scene than Chicago, so I know how things are supposed to be. Never have I been this ticked off and felt taken advantage of at a club, but on top of that, NO customer service to help me resolve the issue. I've sent an email and eagerly await a response. I go to strip clubs after a night out to continue enjoying my night and it's a great way for me to wrap up the night. My experience with Rick's has been awful and has made me lose trust. I hope people read this as a caution, not necessarily to stop people from coming here but to watch their wallet/phone. --- Shady practices. Come here if you went to get take advantage of, get your card charged unauthorized amounts, and have a dancer Venmo herself hundreds of dollars after already adding $200 tip to your receipt (without permission!). Good news is I was able to get back that unauthorized Venmo, but having issues getting the card transaction fixed because I didn't get a receipt, even though they didn't give me a receipt. My advice- be cautious at Rick's with a credit card or don't come at all since there are better clubs in Chicago. If you plan on drinking, getting inebriated will make you a target. Tried reaching out to the manager by calling (multiple days of calling and voicemail full) and went to the club on a weekday when they're not just to be told we'll get a call back. Very nice & clean club . I love how the club looks when your walking in , greeted by a very nice host , we left her a tip . They kinda have a weird cost check thing we're they make you check your coats , it was a slow week day and we can soon they had open for a few drinks so we really didn't mind , unsure if I would like that on the weekend when it's crowded. They had a full bar with lots of selections, of course we got Azul tequila which were priced pretty average $30 a shot , that's normally what we pay in Indianapolis , so we had no problem with that . There was a problem we're they was trying to run one of the transactions twice , but we got it all resolved and the text came to our phone so we was able to quickly figure it out because of that. . Over all the club was pretty decent as far as customer service. We really didn't care for a lot of the girls , but maybe cause we was there early , or they just don't have our type of girls period . Was hanging out with the bros last night and they suggested we hit up a strip club. I had never been to a strip club so I acquiesced. One of my buds is a concierge so he was able to get us in for free. We sat down in some leather chairs. We're all millenials so it was kinda sad to see older dudes in the club past their prime needing some attention. Was there on a Thursday night and gee there were many women working that night. The ratio was good. More dancers than male customers. None of the dancers had comically large breasts which I was surprised by. It was nice having so many of them be natural. Another customer who wasn't in my group of friends upon hearing it was my first time at a strip club purchased me a dance from one of his favorites. She was attractive, I believe she was Latina. Anyways enjoyed the dance, was aroused but didn't cream my pants or anything. I appreciated the fragrance used to perfume her bosom and the fresh breath from the mint or gum she had been using. 2 of my other friends had gotten dances as well and I believe they enjoyed them. Other dancers approached us to talk. It was definitely a weird power dynamic because they're polite and friendly but you know they're working for that almighty dollar. The music was top 40, thought the musical selections could have been more enjoyable. I don't know if you call the staff walking around in suits and ties security or bouncers anyways they were professional. I wonder does the club pay the dry cleaning bill or do they??
