Since day one, when I came in with a car that I genuinely thought might be DONE done, ABR has taken care of me. And Jordan? That's the guy! What has kept me coming back is trust. They've consistently helped get my vehicles back on the road, so now I bring all of my cars here from routine maintenance to those lovely little surprise error codes nobody asked for. I originally came in with a question about a potential fuel leak, but the conversation seemed to shift fairly quickly toward recommending an intake cleaning service rather than focusing on checking the potential leak itself. I also felt like there was quite a bit of emphasis on additional services throughout the visit. One thing that especially stood out to me was the tire inspection. I was told that my tire tread was low and was recommended to replace the tires along with getting an alignment. I decided to get a second opinion at Discount Tire, where they measured the tread in front of me and told me that all four of my tires were still in good condition. Overall, I think this shop may be a better fit for someone looking for routine maintenance and recommended services. Personally, I prefer a shop that puts more emphasis on individual diagnostics and repairs and is less focused on upselling. The advisors were also a little pushy with some of the recommendations, which took away from the overall experience.
