Mom swore up and down she knew it came in a particular bag and the poor employee was trying her best to help us. Turned out my mom was thinking of a bag of fertilizer. Lol. They have some fairly unique items... Like some gift items for a friend and some really cool gifts for children. It's basically a one stop shop for the farmer or a rancher in your life. It's usually mostly organized and clean. The staff are very friendly and willing to help. I'm a fan.

As far as being treated rudely I would suggest that you put your big girl panties on and get out the real world because daddy's not gonna take care of everything for you. We began to do the work quickly as possible since we were remote and needing to finish quickly before tire went flat. We got about 3 hours on the tractor when it became unusable. It had lots of fix a flat and patches already in tire making me believe they were aware of tire issues. I called and asked for a refund for half a day but was not given. They charged me the full day plus charged me to fix the tire. I do not recommend this business.
