This place is crowded from open to close! But for good reason.. it is one of the earlier opening breakfast places, serving familiar food (avocado toast), huge portions at decent prices. The whole place doesn't seat more than 20 people. If you plan to eat in, its seat yourself. My boyfriend and I shared a table with another couple. I got scrambled eggs, ham, multiple breads, salad, and yogurt all for about 10 euro. All the food was super fresh. The coffee is great too. I wish this place didn't always have a line out of the door, however, service did the best they could. They take credit card payments.. which is a big plus! read more

This place was awesome! I really struggled to find healthy breakfasts in Porto, but there's only so much pastry one person can eat. I'm an early riser, and there's always a line here, so I was tempted to skip it, but I'm so glad I didn't. The menu here is filled with delectable sweet and savory options. It was awesome to see food choices that would fit a variety of diets, with lots of vegan choices. I got the fitness tofu toast and it was absolutely delicious. So great to start the day off with a healthy, veggie-filled breakfast! The only disappointment was that the "wholegrain" toast was white fluff, not wholegrain. Looking at everyone else's photos, that seems to be the usual. But given that everything else was so good, I'd say it's still worth getting. Our daughter and son-in-law recommended Hungry Biker for breakfast as they had visited Porto a year or so prior. Forgot the name of the combos my husband and I ordered but wow, what a breakfast! The food items were top quality and abundant. It's a cozy little place that can get pretty crowded but we never had to wait for more than a few mintues to be seated. The hubs and I trekked 15mins to get to this place for breakfast after evaluating about 5 other places. We arrived at 9:54am on a Sunday in early July and just made it before the crowds. The menu is easy to understand as it is in English and the servers all speak relatively well in English. We ordered at 10:01am and was able to redeem the free espresso check-in on Yelp. The orders arrived at 10:15am. Taste, portion, price: - The classic brunch (EUR9.90) - large feast of food. We ordered a cappuccino with our food and it tastes great. The breakfast is so worth the price. - The salty/canned tuna toast (EUR4.8) - so very tasty and large portion. - The espresso (free from Yelp check in) - lovely as well... especially when it is for free! In a less touristy area of Porto. Don't be turned off by the name - it's a locals spot for the most part. It's small, so you might want to get here when it opens at 9.
