It doesn't get any better than this.
I don't get to go to Hunger Buster as much as I'd like. I'm jelly of you Ateneans - if I could go to Hunger Buster every day I would. Normally, I get to see them during bazaars, or fairs, or events - be it Mercato, student-organized stuff or whatever else. Whenever I do get the chance to go to Hunger Buster, I immediately take that chance.
Let me put it simply - these are fucking delicious burgers. Really, absolutely just awesome. Hunger Buster burgers come in three main variations - dying, starving, and craving. All three offer different toppings for their delicious, juicy natural patties. And at just 80 to 100 pesos (I notice that the price varies depending on event and location), they're an absolute steal. The burgers are generally not too fussy on complications, but that gives their beef the chance to shine. And shine it does.
I really admire Hunger Buster. The fact that this still remains a student-run business is astonishing to me; the burgers really do match up to a lot of gourmet burgers you can find around the metro. It's definitely going places, I can guarantee it. read more
