It had nothing to do with her political activism. Lawsuits are definitely coming. I asked for a different teacher and Warner refused. Erica Alston actually cares about her students unlike Cedar Smith.

They did concurrent enrollment and graduated College of the Redwoods before they even graduated High-School. We had the liberty to choose our classes and curriculum with tutors, mentors and support. I cannot say enough about AG and our experience there. I am really sorry to read the review on this site and find it extremely hard to believe. Tim Warner is professional and caring and has never been known to lie or abandon a parent or student. He is totally approachable and reasonable. If you have a concern I recommend you redirect it and try contacting Tim politely. There are so many students that benefit from AG and the review I read on this site is the first negative experience that I have heard of. I also have never heard of a student not being able to get transferred to another teacher, this seems so unfounded. I hope you find the education your child deserves and I am sorry to hear that you felt let down.

The people at the personal office and at the school district library are always nice and welcoming. They have teacher supplies such as a large laminator, large books, decor to decorate your class, various books for teachers who want to distribute multiple subject books. There are various other building, and I am not familiar with each one of them but the ones I have heard about are speech and reading specialists along other specialties, I imagine. Also I have attended many school related conferences here. Their space is also welcoming to renting out especially school related functions.

The campus is unlike any I've ever seen in that it's basically part of the incredibly Humboldt wilderness. There are redwoods on campus with a forest literally next door, and HSU truly embraces the wild side of things. The facilities are nice for the most part, with several new buildings finished in the past year. Being on the HSU campus is a joy, especially if you enjoy nature.

Without a doubt, I received an A at the end of the semester, which showed on my record at the time of graduation. Recently I requested a transcript and it shows an A- instead. I know it's a small change, but I am furious that there was a change in the first place. How could that have happened? Ridiculous.
