    I'll keep this part concise and say before listing the Pros and Cons, this rating is based on my…read moreexperience with the Movers themselves (I'll get to the other parts later). Also note it was the Humble location, not the Spring one, that I called. I actually kept getting delayed by a *different company*, and called THM looking for an alternative...I'm so glad that I did. Here's the pros and cons from before the move: --Pros (pre-move)--: - Besary answered the phone and very quickly. He was super polite and patient. - Costs and rates were given up-front and very reasonable, compared to other moving companies I've worked with. - They can take credit payments and can get the card on-file over the phone. (Will reference this later) - Availability was excellent, he was able to schedule movers on a holiday for me (Memorial Day) so I didn't have to take an extra day off work! - EMAIL NOTIFICATIONS! Holy crap, they were fast and accurate, clearly detailing the appointment info and updates/changes so it was clearly spelled-out. You wouldn't believe how many moving companies don't do this. It was a nice, refreshing change from a company in their very affordable price range. --Cons (pre-move)--: - If you have agreed to schedule a move and your card is on-file, you cannot cancel. You can RESCHEDULE, but not cancel unless you want the fuel charge and 2-hour minimum charged to your card or payment method. To be honest, this was the only frustrating part since I wasn't told this up front, but the two-hour minimum is pretty common (some other companies have a FOUR hour minimum). Just make sure you've got enough work to fill two hours and know you'll be able to make the move at some time. Besary was also great about rescheduling it for me, that needs to be noted on this review, to be objective. I had two VERY large and heavy couches to move, a fridge, and big washer + dryer as well. This was going out of a 1.5k sq ft house into an apartment on the 3rd floor. I needed half the stuff put in a storage unit and the other moved to the apartment. Apartment was about 45 mins away from the home. [The company I was trying to use *before* (NOT T.H.M.) had 4 business days notice on my move, and agreed to 10am start time. They kept rescheduling, making excuses, to the point I thought I had the wrong number and it was a kid pranking me. They were already two hours late (I had to follow up after they were 15 mins late already) and saying they needed more time. I cancelled outright with them and glad I did] --Pros (actual move)-- - Communication! While the *other company* didn't even say anything when 15 mins *late* after the scheduled time, I got plenty of email confirmations and texts about the move already from THM. Justin from Top Humble Movers called me a little over an hour before and said they could squeeze me in an hour EARLY if that was ok, but that we could still do 10am if I preferred that. This was already off to a great start! - Justin and T were the movers assigned to my job. They showed up an hour early (as we agreed to already) and were ready to get working right away. They were friendly, but also efficient and quick. They asked first if they had questions and did things just as I requested. - They were careful with my items (wrapped my couches up nicely!) and thanked me for the prep work I did on everything. That's right, GRATITUDE from movers! Justin and T thanked me several times. - Everything got moved quickly and without complaining, they didn't try to stretch things out to get more money and we were right at the 2-hour minimum, which is all I was charged for. - Referencing the card on-file comment before, all the signing and payment was handled on an iPad, Justin explained the charges and gave me the actual amount right there. I just had to authorize charging my card and that was it, no hidden fees or anything. - Again, not trying to go overboard, but just the fact that I was thanked by them for my prep work and being friendly to them was a refreshing change of pace for me. That kind of service at this price range is unheard of, nice to know there's a company that operates this way. --Cons (actual move)-- - Honestly, nothing really negative I can say about working with Justin and T. I did feel bad that they had to move in a non-air conditioned truck, but that's not their fault, and they didn't complain about it. I only noticed that since they drove with the windows down and felt relief when in an air-conditioned place. In conclusion, I'm not sure which branch (maybe the Spring location?) the negative reviews used, but using the Humble location and working with Justin and T was great for me. I'm literally going to call up their boss to say what a great job they did. I only wish I was throwing a party yesterday (instead of unpacking) so I could have invited them over! I can't speak for the other people Besary might have employed, but Justin and T will be requested by me next time I need to move.

    I used this company in January to move my furniture to a new home and this was the worst decision I…read morecould have made. From the beginning of the process it started good, I was quoted a price and given a time they would show up and they were early. But then that's when things turned awful, the guys arrived in a small truck and all my things did not fit. I hand to make several trips in my truck to take the remaining of my things. They charge by the hour and took there time moving my things and it was 3 big items that didn't fit and after speaking with Jack Gilbert the manager person, I was told they can come back and get it but it'll be an extra hour charge and I politely declined. They finished putting everything into my house and upon leaving I realized I was charged for the full hour and the time they finished was 1:05pm. Lastly I called and spoke with Jack Gilbert and he said he emailed me the receipt and so I checked my email and nothing. I called back several times and he didn't answer so after a few days he finally answered and I said again, I wanted my receipt and he said let me check and In his words, I don't have your email on file so I said, you basically told me a lie and he said yes, I guess I did. This was shady and I would not recommend this company at all. Please be aware of there tactics if you use them, but I would use someone else.
