It is unacceptable for a business not to take responsibility for ruining a customer's property. In clearly verbalizing to the desk clerk I wanted my fur throw dry cleaned, I was not informed she was handing me a "Wet release" to sign- which to me anyway could be your term for dry cleaning as I don't know how that process is performed. Furthermore, I don't know why she would give me such a document when I asked for dry clean anyway. Item absolutly ruiend and staff/manager didnt care to help at all. Manager has not returned my follow up calls over the course of 3 weeks. Stay clear!
