After careful consideration my husband and I have decided to post an honest review. We sold our house with a firm move date. Our packing was completed 4 days prior to closing. ATMM scheduled our move for 1 day after the new owners took possession. They didn't arrive on time broke the elevator which cost us a bill from maintenance. They didn't finish the job & we had to arrange for storage in the basement. Which they came back for 5 days later. They left 3 boxes behind that had vital documents. 1 on street, 1 on the freight elevator 1 in the basement.Our 2nd home was also sold with a move out date of the 30th they waited until the last day which was a Sunday and complained even though we had been packed for 2 weeks. this company is not for people with quality furniture. We took extra care for a out of state move to pack everything in boxes with extra wrapping we were told that all of our furniture would be carefully wrapped and moved which was incorrect. There wasn't a piece of furniture that arrived that did not have a gash a knick scrape a break. We used quality new boxes which arrived crushed the contents were broken box after box after box with broken items even though they had an extensive amount of bubble wrap. I gave a review on 4-27-22, explaining the unprofessionalism in the non-responsive attitude of All That Matters. As stated, All That Matters owner (s) told me they would pay me for the TriPod ladder they left behind in our move. On 4-8-22, Chris, owner said he would send me a certified check. To date: haven't received. I filed a complaint with the State of Arkansas Attorney Generals Office. After 5 weeks, I received a response from All That Matters, stating they would pay me $175.00 for the ladder if I would take down my reviews and "slander". After reviewing the negative reviews that OTHER previous customers had written and in discussion with representative (s) of the Better Business Bureau,(All That Matters has a F rating) I decided I wanted full replacement cost ($349.00) for the ladder. It is time they stop getting away with some of their less than honest dealings with the consumer public. I responded and gave them until 7-6-22 to agree-no response. Slander? If ones statements are the truth, there is no slander. All That Matters feels their "LLC" keeps them from getting sued from customers who have not received proper compensation or replacement of broken or left behind items. This company was hired to pack and move items from my house into an on-site storage pod. I was not present during the initial packing but assumed they would pack everything neatly so that nothing would be damaged during the moving process. Everything was literally thrown in boxes or black trash bags. Glass cups were thrown in a box with pots and pans, plates thrown in boxes with kitchen appliances. Nothing was wrapped in bubble wrap or paper to prevent damaged. Clorox Bleach was placed in a garage bag along with clothing and phone chargers, and charging cables. Dishes and plates were broken. Several pieces of clothing were bleached and phone chargers and cables had to be thrown out. I contacted the owner, Amanda, who told me she would send a $100 check (which I still haven't received 4 weeks later and will not replace everything damaged). She seemed totally unconcerned and abrasive when I sent her pictures. This company was paid $2100 dollars for their services and to say I am disappointed would be an understatement. Great customer service with Amanda, however when we initially booked them, we were told they would bring packing materials for our items we could not pack such as a large painting and mirror and would lay paper down in the storage unit prior to moving in our items. they did not bring any packing materials or paper for the floor. they left all of our belongings unpacked. we booked them knowing they were $50 an hour more than any other mover's because they stated the would bring packing materials for our items. unclear why they falsely represented the packing and did not uphold what they stated. also why they are more expensive if they are not actually packing anything read more

ATM Moving as some of the reviews that I've read is so on point, yess Chris and Amanda is friendly but big liars. They did some moving for me and broke up some of my items. Chris em did replace the broken shelf glass after numerous phone calls but my expensive long stem wine glasses never got replaced, Amanda said Chris didn't remember and I no that was a lie and she said she would send a check for the 3 broken glasses that I never received. So I stop contacting them after I seen what type of ppl they are. I hate when a person pretends to be so Christened and are lying snakes. I wish that I could give a better review than this. I have use all that matters moving 4 times in the last five years. My family in total have use all that matters moving for an additional 7 moves in the last 5 years. Their service started out good but as the years have gone on, it has declined extensively. I would think with all the business that I gave to this company they would handle my moves with care however, that is not the case. The last couple times I have use this company I have ended up with many broken things that I never claimed and I just chalked it up to "that's life" in addition on my last job she double booked us, and had to go back-and-forth between my move at another move. When it was time for me and my boyfriend move out of state, my boyfriend did not want me to hire this company to move us. However, I did not know where else to go so once again, I hired All That Matters. We booked the move two months in advance, and this was quite costly of a job The day they came to pack us up. I found out that their plan has changed and instead of his partner, traveling with him to Texas to unpack as he was hiring local people in Texas to help unpack. Chris was supposed to be leaving Arkansas at 5 AM in order to get to Texas around 11 AM to start unpacking of course they got a super late start didn't end up getting here until about 230 and the local guys that were hired didn't get here until about 330. Chris then rushed getting us moved in. We had a lot of damaged and broken pieces. In addition he tried to leave, and we had to chase him down in order to come and put our beds together. Even after coming in to put our beds together, my boyfriend that night had to redo all of the work, because nothing was put together correctly. We were able to negotiate taking $325 off of the job due to damage and the rush half-assed job but i do believe we should have been offered more of a discount/credit. This job was by far the worst moving job I've ever seen, and I have moved a lot in my years. I am the person who referred this company to all my family, and I will no longer referring them any more jobs going forward. read more

I had a bad experience. Most of the furniture was not wrapped, antique pieces ruined, one piece mangled to the point it can't be repaired. Boxes broken, furniture not assembled. They moved my and my ex-husband's stuff and mixed up boxes. It's been months and I still don't know if I have the boxes since I have no access to my ex's storage unit. When I contacted them, Amanda was very rude, she told me that since my company paid for the move I shouldn't complain. I paid $5k, it was taxed, so I was reimbursed $3200. And honestly I was appalled by this response. I came very close to suing but had so much going on being a single mom of 2, that I let it go, for now. I'm not greedy (the lawyer told me I could get all my money back, loss coverage and emotional loss), but I am just heartbroken because I trusted the people, they seemed very nice. And then this. They promised to repair the mangled furniture piece, it's been 9 months, they have made no attempts to do so, in fact, they have been ignoring all my emails and texts. I hate giving bad reviews, especially when it's a small family owned business, which is the reason I hired them in the first place, but I feel like I have to warn you. My wife and I hired All That Matters Moving on a recommendation to help move from Austin, TX to central Arkansas. We paid $9,500 for the service, which has been disappointing considering how things ended up. Read below for my full review. THINGS THAT WENT WELL: - Chris (the owner) was very communicative leading up to our move. - The team was very kind, and the day we spent loading with them was enjoyable, for the most part. - They were very committed to ensuring my (pregnant) wife and I had an easy, stress-free move. Something Chris repeated A LOT throughout our process as his number-one priority. - They moved us fast, completing all of packing, loading and unloading in two days. THINGS THAT COULD HAVE BEEN BETTER: - They needed a contingency plan for additional time & space. They ran out of both, and some of our stuff was damaged (more on this later) or left behind as a result. - As the packing & loading dragged on, our stuff received less care (packaging, placement in boxes, things pack with same-room items, etc.) - A LOT of our stuff received bumps & bruises, and one furniture piece was completely destroyed. We are about two weeks post-move at the time of writing this, and it seems like we're still finding more damaged items every day. - The owner was difficult to deal with when it came to a solution for our damaged items. Our total quote was $9,500, to be paid half upfront, and half upon completion. When it came time to pay the second half, I attempted to withhold it until the owner could provide a plan for how he was going to address our damaged items. He talked over me and in circles, feeding me a story about how he had to be paid in full for tax purposes (that's not true), but was reluctant to offer any meaningful action plan for replacing, repairing, or reimbursing us for damaged items. He ended up reimbursing me $800 out of $9,500 because that was all my wife and I were able to quantify. - He said he would follow up with me regarding repairing the damage to multiple pieces of furniture, but hasn't as of writing this. - He said he would haul away the piece that was destroyed, along with some other items we agreed to, but hasn't as of writing this. FINAL NOTES: All That Matters just needed to have a backup plan for adding more time and a trailer or extra truck if needed. That would have made all the difference in the world. Instead, our stuff, and having this be stress-free, was clearly NOT the priority. As for COVID concerns no one wore a mask and they were all courteous but actually extended their hand for a handshake. I did remind them and then and they did the fist bump. As for service. They are very sweet people and they were on time and took great care of my furniture. As for organization they were weak. They left the piano dolly on another truck and had to get it, there was no information shared as to expectations for me so they were not prepared to unhook the gas dryer and because we had moved all of our tools they did not have what they needed. They also left a dolly behind at my storage building that now has to be coordinated to pick up. I did share some suggestions that I hope are taken to heart. The first was to have a formal contract that is signed and to share all expectations with their customers so we can be prepared and avoid situations like the dryer. I would also suggest a check list for their movers so they can double check before leaving that they have all of their tools and equipment. Once again they are nice people and Amanda is very sweet. These few organizational details would win them 5 stars all day long. They were friendly, and working quickly. They took good care of my belongings and didn't complain once about having to move my items into a 3 story unit in the hottest part of the day ...in August! They were very easy to communicate with and were on time on the moving date. They didn't start billing until they actually start moving our stuff. There was no wasted time, no standing around. They damaged my furniture moving from Sherwood to Russellville worse than going through two long distance moves. They only wrap in paper, no moving blankets. They come unprepared without tools to take furniture apart. They lost hardware to my bed. After putting my furniture back together, my dining room tabletop wobbles and my sideboards to my bed are not even attached at the bottom due to lost hardware. My bed is barely assembled. They broke my adjustable base and said they would repair it, but now won't respond to messages. They claim to be a caring, Christian moving company, but so far I've only experienced dishonesty. A BIG rip off.....,, Worst move I have ever had. Absolutely TERRIBLE experience, over priced, slow workers, clock milking and talking bunch of hustlers. They are looking to waste time and gain your money for it hourly. I should have chosen a better company to move my thing, a familiar one anyway. Randomly choosing online and reading reviews was not a good choice HERE. I ended up with "hustling,money hungry not caring about what they are moving group.They totally destroyed my property and didn't care at all. I have to buy a new dinner table because one of the movers dropped and broken the base of my table. He admitted to me it was totally his fault and the company would pay someone to fix it. That did not happen! They will hustle YOU, get over BIG time. I will NEVER use this company EVER. I would not recommend anyone use this company. I suggest that you are making a big mistake considering . It took 3 men.........3 and a half hours to load basic things from a two bedroom apartment from the second floor . I thought the move would be faster. And because my final move would be a first floor move,WRONG! These guys broken things, scratched things, took constantly talk breaks, phone calls, took their time, one guy used the restroom for 30 minutes. They appear nice but you will get hustled, taken advantage of .......,,their 3 men move but hourly plan. These guys are good at milking the clock this is what they do to get paid. At the end of the move I believed I got hustled and manipulated with a hour of time toward my move that was taking 3 men too long to do in the first place. We used this company to move from Little Rock AR to Oregon. They were very friendly AT FIRST. They came to our house and gave a non-negotiable quote to pack and move our house across the country. When they showed up on moving day, they had rented a small truck that could not possibly accommodate all of our items. However, they had looked at everything previously before giving us the price. We left two refrigerators, a patio set, dining room chairs and other furniture that was supposed to to go with us based on their quote. When they did show up with the truck in Oregon, they allowed only a few hours to unpack everything. They obviously had some of the damaged items so we could not see them immediately. We were dismayed to see that our TV screen was cracked, several irreplaceable pieces of artwork were ruined. As we opened boxes while they were still here, we found item after item had been destroyed as well as antiques that could not be replaced. At one point, Chris said " if it was important to you, you should've packed yourself and taken it in your own car." Our washer and dryer, which were in pristine condition, both had major cosmetic damage done to them. They had also towed one of our cars and did over $1500 worth of paint damage to it by putting a storage box strapped to the back of it while it was hauled behind their moving truck. Chris did not point out any of the major damages to the car but did show us that he had broken off the turn signal, which they paid for. It was a little over $300. Chris was very callous about all of the other damages, but did ask us to send a list of them to him and said that they would honor the contract (which stated they would compensate us for any damages incurred during the move). After three or four weeks, neither Chris nor Amanda would answer any of our texts or emails. They never sent us anything for the damages incurred. We had over $3000 worth of losses but only asked for $2000 (most of that was just for the deductible for getting the car repaired.). We finally had an attorney to try to get compensation for us. They never responded to him either. Then we got a letter from their attorney saying that they had filed for bankruptcy (after they bought a new house and a luxury car) and to cease and desist. The worst part is that Chris and Amanda constantly referred to their Christian morals and lifestyle yet did not hold up any of these principles during the whole transaction. Will not cover damages - crooks. Several pieces of furniture were badly damaged & their large truck's back bumper scraped our brand new vehicle as they were leaving. It was dark, around 9:30 pm & my husband yelled at him to Stop b/c he was getting too close to his new vehicle but he scraped the back fender anyway. I took pictures of the damage & sent them to Amanda & Chris but they denied it all & refused to cover anything. Called our auto insurance & they said to get their insurance info so we tried & tried but they refused. They just denied that they damaged anything & just flat out refused to make any reparations at all. Since we moved far away, we guess they feel like there's nothing we can do about it. This was the worst moving experience I have ever had. Our refrigerator door was dented, the handle on the freezer was nicked. There was damage to the guest bed frame and to the bottom part of our dining hutch set, and a few dents here and there on other wood furniture. All I asked was that they repair the hutch and pay for fridge repair. Amanda advised their insurance would not pay for damages. She then made and offer to pay for half the damage to the fridge, I countered with less than the full amount and she indicated she would send a check, never happened. The three man crew arrived on time and were all polite. We moved from a third floor to another third floor apartment. So this was going to be a challenging move. That's why we hired professionals, so we thought. Two of the workers pulled their weight pretty good but the third guy not so. We even heard the lead guy complain to the second guy and made a call to someone about the third guy slacking off. In defense of the third guy, he said he didn't feel good. As a matter of fact, the third guy mother came to pick him up and he left an hour early before completing the job. We can understand someone not feeling well but maybe they should've had someone to come out to relieve the sick guy. It wasn't our fault he didn't feel well and besides, we contracted with the owner for a three person crew for $130 per hour. Furthermore, we had our entire apartment packed up, things were in boxes, beds taking down. As a matter of fact we set one of the bed frames outside the front door. After it started taking so long we started sitting more stuff outside the door. We took the vast majority of the small items in our vehicles. Also when they finished packing up and leaving the old place it was 10:20 am and when they arrived at the new place it was 11:40 am. The drive from the old place to the new place should've taken only 15 minutes. In defense of the movers, after 30 minutes they did call and say they were going to take a break. At 1140 they arrived. Even the lead guy said when he realized it was that late they jumped up and came on over to our new place with our furniture. Maybe taking our entire household items somewhere for an hour and 20 minutes wasn't the best thing to do, without us present. Or maybe they should've told us they were going to be taking over an hour break before we left our old place. No offense but these are our things we worked very hard for them. Nothing was missing at all and they appear to be very nice young men. When settling up time came after they were finished, we called the owner and he acted like he was cutting us a break by 30 minutes and no additional taxes. Actually they worked 10 minutes short of 4.5 hours. We prepaid $130 plus $14 in taxes which totaled $144. After they were finished we paid an additional $455. So a grand total of $599. Does that sound like a deal, when one person did not perform like he should've and the lead guy complains about him during the move and the last hour he leaves an hour early? Then the owner acts like he is doing you a favor when you paying $599. This was our experience with this company. Needless to say we will not be using this company again or recommending them to our friends. read more
