The man who came introduced us all to Fiona, the adorable pony who came to the party with him. The handler was kind and polite. He was very patient with all of the kids at the party. Some were young (siblings of the party goers) and he took the time to allow them to pet the pony and get comfortable with it instead of just having them sit in the saddle before they were ready. He stood next to the pony but out of the view of the cameras that were snapping pictures like crazy. He was very safety conscious and a total professional. Scheduling the pony ride was easy. Laurie kept in touch with me and confirmed the date and time the week and the day before the event. I had no concerns at all. Having "Fiona" from A Child's Joy attend the party was brilliant and a perfect addition to the event. I highly recommend including this special treat to any party or event.

The staff was professional courteous and knowledgeable about the animals. They are quick with facts and also quick on the clean up. We loved that. Although we got lucky & were able to lock in a reservation with 2 days notice. I would recommend at least a week's notice to get the date you need. Nothing beats a small petting zoo, in your own backyard! Who knew such a thing exists. Grass is preferred (animals love grass). Hope your event is as successful as ours. Enjoy!

The whole vibe was perfect for partying under the stars: incredible food, drinks and music that kept everyone dancing. Every detail handled flawlessly by the team. Our group couldn't stop raving about it on the way home. It's the ultimate desert party venue that leaves you with memories to last a lifetime. Highly recommend for anyone planning a celebration in AZ.

First, we had to wait outside in the front while the bride and groom were taking initial pictures prior to it starting. Just as an FYI, if you have a large party that has to wait outside in front and a elderly people there aren't a lot of places hardly at all for them to sit while waiting. Where the ceremony took place, the mountains are the backdrop behind the stage which makes for a beautiful picture moment and scene throughout the ceremony! However, you are out in the sun. The reception and dinner were great! The food was on point! The customer service was hit and miss. Except for one young pretty African American woman who provided exception customer service like no other! She was outgoing, friendly, everything!!!! She should train the rest of the staff on how to be for sure!!! The two young ladies at the bar were super friendly! However, some of were suspicious that the drinks were definitely watered down. For as much hard liquor as a number of us had without even getting a buzz on, yeah I'd have to place my bet on a watered down drinks.

As a guest at an August 1 evening wedding at Superstition Manor in Mesa, Arizona, I was very…read moredisappointed by how poorly the venue handled the extreme summer heat. The outdoor ceremony was held in full sun with no shade structures or any apparent effort to mitigate the 115-degree desert temperatures. A professional event venue in Arizona should know how to prepare for these conditions by providing sail shades, functioning misting systems, or other measures to help keep guests safe and comfortable. The experience was further diminished by a strong sewer odor that lingered throughout the event area, the lack of air conditioning in the restrooms, and having only one bar serving approximately 150 guests during cocktail hour, which resulted in excessively long lines. The wedding itself was beautiful, and the bride, groom, and our family and friends made it a truly memorable celebration. Unfortunately, the venue did not live up to the occasion. Guest comfort and safety should be a priority, especially during Arizona's hottest months. As a lifelong Arizonan, I know what it takes to host outdoor events in the summer. Superstition Manor should know as well.
