She brings over 20 years of experience to the table, having worked everywhere from high-end spas to cruise ships, and that breadth of experience shows in every session. She is exceptionally knowledgeable about the body, we're talking gym training, mobility work, stretching protocols, muscular compensation patterns and she can have an intelligent conversation about all of it. Her myofascial release work is excellent, and she has the strength to deliver real deep tissue work when that's what you need, while also being equally skilled at lighter therapeutic work. Most importantly, she listens. She asks where you need focus that day, she pays attention to what you tell her, and she adjusts accordingly.
