They treated the underneath of our house, the attic and drilled holes on both sides of each door and window to treat.

Despite all of this work and money spent, I STILL had rodent activity afterward and was repeatedly told to "just wait, it takes a while." **PLEASE READ THE CONTRACT CAREFULLY.** From my understanding, the cancellation terms heavily favored the company and included major financial penalties tied to the remaining balance of the agreement. The billing issues became even more concerning: * After already making **11 out of 12 payments**, I was told I could cancel and would not owe additional payments. * I later continued receiving charge notifications and attempted charges to my card. * I spoke with **Shelly twice** and was specifically told there would NOT be an additional **$49 charge** because they were "just picking up bait boxes." * Another charge was still processed anyway. * When I called back, management stated I still needed to pay. I was also told the company "records everything," yet the information later being described as part of my alleged agreement was NOT what I stated during the conversations. I requested copies of the recordings they referenced and am still waiting. Fortunately, I also keep my own records of conversations. When I raised concerns, I was told the employee involved "no longer works for the company." Again: PLEASE document everything in writing, save screenshots, review every clause carefully, and get multiple opinions before committing to any large pest-control contract.

We had an exotic pet that was loose (rather large alligator snapping turtle). Various local…read morewildlife and animal control agencies would not help, but referred us to Fred Penton (Animal Roundup). I called Fred and he happened to be in the area on another call, so stopped by within an hour. He was great--professional, respectful, and knowledgeable. The alligator snapping turtles (including the one that got loose) were pets that my mother kept for many years and loved just like her other pets, so it was important to treat them respectful in what was an emotional decision (to finally set them free given mom's quickly declining health and the risk they posed). Fred was able to capture and secure them with ease. In addition, there were two little touches that stood out. After the turtles were secured in containers in his truck and we were talking outside, he pointed out that he was concerned about the heat and made sure to have the AC on for the health of the turtles. Second--he was kind enough to drive deep into a remote area for their release to make sure they were safe from hunters and sent pictures of them in their new home. That meant a lot to my mom who who loved those turtles like all of her other creatures and "children"--it gave her some sunshine and relief during a very tough time to know her babies were happy, safe from hunters, and enjoying their natural habitat. As a bonus, Fred also has a home repair contracting business which is also excellent and whose services we have started using (A+ Contracting by Penton).

It took about two weeks to fix the problem entirely, but the bats fled the coop, so to speak I will be recommending them to friends and if I have a problem like this again, I will be only calling Justin and saving the time of shopping around. While visiting her over recently we heard noises in her attic…read more She called her local pest control company and they informed us the did not handle wildlife and recommended we call Trutech. We call the company and were told that someone would call us back with in an hour. We called several other companies thinking that Trutech would not call back, With in 20 minutes a local Wildlife Biologist from Trutech called us back. We set up a time for him to come out the next day at 8am, The technician Justin and Jake showed up at exactly 750 which is very impressive considering the traffic in Maryland. We had another company out the evening before and were very unimpressed they kept pushing us to get our insulation done and that would be our solution nothing else need. Justin and Jake did a very thorough in depth inspection on my mothers home. It took almost 2 hours. During there inspection they discovered we had flying squirrels in our attic and even removed a black snake from our crawlspace while i was watching them. After the inspection Justin and Jake set down with my mother and I and explained what need to be done. They showed us pictures of our issues along with photos from jobs they had previously done to give some examples of what was needed to solve our problem. Its incredible how much detail these guys put into their jobs. They devised a plan to help solve our issues. We needed a full exclusion due to the pressing matter of how determined flying squirrels can be to get back in. They would trap, seal every potential entry point and clean up the 2 latrines (piles of dropping from flying squirrels) then sanitize the attic to neutralize bacteria with the droppings and help eliminate some of the pharmone trails. They did recommended that we get a consultation for our insulation since our attic was in dissaray from the flying squirrels, this was not their expertise so they recommended someone else for us to call on the insulation. My mother was terrified of the snake they found and wanted to make sure that she never saw one again. Trutech recommended their snake service to us where they would trap, put out deterrents and address the snakes food source as well as be on call to remove any other snakes. These guys were great Justin came back every other day and would remove the flying squirrels he caught and reset the traps each time we ended up catching 24 flying squirrels in all. They closed up all the entry points and sanitized the attic after removing the droppings in the latrines. We have now been a happy customer of Trutechs for 8 months. Justin occasionally stops in to do our monthly service but our servicing tech is Jason and he to has continued to take care of us the same way Justin and Jake did. These guys are on top of their job and would call and keep us updated frequently on our problems. Trutech will be taking care of my mothers home for as long as they want. Overall a amazing service and experience.

My wife called a bunch of places, but nobody could come out until Monday. We finally called Gulf Coast and talked to Ryan. He said that he could be at my house in about an hour. He explained the process, put a trap in the bathroom, and said that he would come back whenever we caught the offender, even if it was that day! So he would not only come out once, but possibly twice on a Sunday! The trap caught the opossum overnight, and he came and picked it up, cleaned up the mess, and used a sterilization fogger to clean the area. I highly recommend this business!
