We would recommend this Income Tax Preparation firm to anyone. Compared to most, Pronto Refund Tax Service charges for their work based on the forms that are necessary rather than by the hour. In comparison to the other three alternatives that we received a quote from, Pronto was nearly $80-$120 less that the next lowest price. We were recommended by 8 of our friends to visit Pronto Refund Tax Service since they referred to this firm as "the best of the best". My friends have been going to Pronto for over 10 years and will continue to do so. As for us, we will spread the word and refer anyone and everyone here. Thank you so much for working with us!

So, when it was time to buy a home last year I called around to some independents and got several quotes. Burkhart had by far the most to offer as far as plans and had the best pricing and customer service. I spoke with the owner originally and he helped guide me to the best policy for me. I ended up bundling to save on moola. Fast forward to this year when I got in a auto accident. I received multiple calls from Burkhart and from my insurance provider, Safeco, to not only check on me, but to help guide me through the process. I had many questions and they followed up with answers and really made my life as simple as they could. While I do love dealing with this Agency, let's hope that I have a good year coming up and wont need to call them for anything!
