The first red flag appeared when the ND wanted me to designate him as my PCP. Who does this? RED RED FLAG. The first meeting should be your interview with your care provider and see if it is a good fit. Customer service is very very poor with their staff. All they do is read a script. They don't listen to you. I was most likely on some list to rid me. This is a trend in many medical places. I feel this place misrepresents itself in a manipulative way to lure lonely people who want to be part of something. Beware. They try to suck you into spending money at this place. People are lonely these days, and they manipulate a person into spending money to feel loved and cared. It's a business. BEWARE. An ND has no power to order real medical tests as I also found out from a medical testing center staff stating I need a MD to put in an order. THEY CANNOT ACCEPT THEIR ORDER from an ND. I wrote a review on Google and they replied with false statements. When a place has to write a long, lengthy personal reply - it's a red flag. They should try to find out how to do "better". "please call the office to discuss" would be norm. Nobody apologized. It was so bizarre. I do think they drop a lot of patients. Why do they have a script? I believed in the Naturopathic way to solve many ailments, but after this I don't think so. They don't have any pull to even have you go get medical tests done- except bloodwork. Beware. I actually went to Virginia Mason and got proper attentive care. BEWARE

Most offices feel like a mill trying to get me in and out as quickly as possible so they can move on to the next patient. Vida's teams have made me feel seen and heard, which is why nearly all of my care is through them. I've seen just about every service, physical therapy, acupuncture, chiropractic, massage and functional medicine. All of them are amazing. I do want to give a special shout out to Dr. Adair on the functional medicine team. Over the years I have gone through some stressful health issues and she always took my mental health into account in addition to addressing my main issue. It really showed me how much she cared and how she is looking at the big picture and not just the issue I came in for. This seems like a given, that all doctors should act this way, but it really is a hard thing to find. I am very grateful that I have found it in Vida.

My issue with Vida is their billing department and lack of ANY transparency and communication. I became aware of a co-pay that I still owed almost a year after my final visit. To add "insult to injury", Vida told me, via a letter, that they would send my account to collection if I did pay within a few weeks. Up until the receipt of the letter I had NEVER received any communication from Vida about my bill. They said that they messaged, texted, and emailed me, but never took the few minutes to pick up the phone and call me. My final analysis is that the service is good, but the not worth the hassle I had to go through to clear up the bill. FYI: My wife experienced the same sloppy accounting and communication with the Kirkland facility.

They are also able to help each other with patients, which means availability for scheduling is better. Aside from Stephanie, I have also had the pleasure to work with Rachel C. The facility is clean, and they have a variety of equipment and tools to help rehabilitation. I especially like the machine that sends electric pulses to my muscles, as it reminds me that they still exist. Can't wait to continue progressing with Stephanie and team! From the moment I walked in, the atmosphere was welcoming, professional, and calming. He is friendly and efficient, making the entire process smooth and stress-free. He took the time to really listen to my concerns, thoroughly explained what was going on, and outlined a clear, personalized treatment plan. I have never felt rushed or pressured--just genuinely cared for. Upon our first meeting, his knowledge and expertise were immediately evident and he made sure that I was comfortable every step of the way. After just a few sessions, I noticed a significant improvement in my pain levels, mobility, and overall well-being. The adjustments were precise and effective, and I appreciated the additional advice on posture, stretching, and long-term care. If you're looking for someone who is skilled, attentive, and truly dedicated to helping you feel your best, this is the place to go! I'm incredibly grateful for the care that I've received and will definitely continue coming back.

I have used MTI Physical Therapy for two/three separate issues/injuries…read more Shoulder - Years back, I had a shoulder injury and worked with Michael Okada for about 2 months. He was able to diagnose some improper shoulder mechanics that eventually led to my injury and help me through a training program (and education) to strengthen and essentially re-teach my body to properly displace weight properly. My shoulder strength is much stronger now and I also now strength train with much better form when doing chest and shoulder workouts without the shoulder strain I used to get. Ankle pain - I went in for a Running Analysis with Robin McGuire. Two separate sessions, one for initial review and second for analysis and go forward plan. She was able to help diagnose certain areas that were lacking flexibility and strength that were causing a bit of ankle pain even in shorter 2-3 mile runs. With the training and strength program, it definitely helped me increase my runs and eventually get to the half marathon race I was aiming for 2 months later. Hamstring/Lower Leg Injury - Sadly only a month after my Half Marathon race (July 2025), I badly injured my leg/back due during a furniture moving accident. To the point where I was not even able to walk without intense pain or limping for about 2 weeks. I went back to Robin and we had to completely revamp my physical therapy program, as I still had hopes plans to do a Half Marathon in September, October, and then my first full Marathon in January 2026. Robin worked with me great, lots of education and helping diagnose a deeper variety of issues I had going on with my body mechanics that was beyond just the initial ankle injuries. A training program that modified as my mobility and strength built. Needless to say, I was able to do the two half marathons (first one was power walking), and actually run the entire Marathon in January which is impressive once again considering only 5-6 months prior I couldn't walk. The MTI Bellevue office has great hours and its a nice clean facility, front staff is always professional. Sessions always start on time. I highly recommend MTI Bellevue for any physical therapy and sports needs. I think all the team is great. I highly recommend Robin especially for anyone who is working on foundation/baseline for running.

Robin is simply awesome! Ask for her by name!
