I bought and paid for some balloons for my wedding 4 weeks in advance. Sadly, the main piece, a large arch of balloons were never delivered. There was no contact from the owner before or after the wedding to offer an explanation. The balloons that did arrive were presented well, high quality, looked great and were at a competitive price. When it came to getting a refund for the products I had paid for, the owner denied that I had even paid. Her accounting and record keeping was atrocious, no recollection of me or my purchase and it was a BATTLE to get my money back to say the least, the owner told a staggering lie that she had made contact with my mother through the landlord of the pub where we had our evening reception. No contact was ever made to myself , my family or anyone related to the wedding regarding the balloons. She argued that I had not paid for the product and I questioned that if this was true, why not call me to query it in advance?! It was utter nonsense! I did eventually succeed in getting my money back and I can say due to the owners terrible attitude and customer service skills that I will never ever use this shop again and I recommend others to stay well clear and look elsewhere. The money owed to me was not so much the issue, the fact that we had been let down on our wedding day was a huge disappointment and injustice. All's well that ends well though but just be prepared to be let down if you choose this company to provide your balloons. read more
