It is pretty hard to find good points about Hull City Council, they basically have one phone number 300300, you can call and get messed about by a variety of people; from nice people who can't help you to the more regular rubbish people who won't, but hey it's not their fault because they just take calls (that's OK then) but you can't talk to any one except them either, so it is very much a pass the buck experience, with some of the most grating people alive. In every capacity I have contacted the council over I have been left annoyed and disappointed.
