To my surprise, I was contacted the same day...in fact within the hour of my request (which is kind of unheard of these days). Jose reached out to me inquiring about what I exactly needed and we began discussing times and a day to meet. When he arrived, we walked the property to identify what I needed done. He was very diligent on the plan of attack and even offered additional services (verify irrigation system was working correctly). We scheduled the day to come back and he was on site bright an early, began trimming up the yard and by the time I went outside to greet him, he and his crew had already removed a dead tree and several dead bushes. Once all work was completed, we walked the property to verify what was discussed was the end result. He even checked the irrigation as offered (which resulted in him needing to come back for minor repairs we identified). I referred him to a neighbor who used his service and was very pleased with the outcome as well. I now have a working relationship with Jose and have a regular maintenance schedule for my property to keep our landscaping needs fulfilled. While they were at our property, we decided we wanted to get the palm tree skinned as well. It was something we've been putting off for many years. We were able to negotiate a mutually agreeable price. The skinning project was to have been completed on Monday but due to a variety of events, the project was not completed until Thursday. We expressed our frustration to the company about the project extending over multiple days and the debris in our pool between days. This disrupted some of our planned activities. When the project was finished, they cleaned the pool of all debris and made sure the surrounding area was clean. The four stars is due to the challenges we faced mid project.
