I completed the pre-checkin information that was sent to me as a link via a text message. This took about 15 minutes. My husband elected to complete the information at the office. So while checking in, I'm told that she doesn't see that I have completed the information. I let her know that I did and she says 'if you say so'. Read between those lines and she just called me a liar. My husband is completing his information on a tablet that they hand to him. It will not close out and the woman behind the desk doesn't know why this is happening. We are told they have a new system and we have to enter in all of our prior information which he did. So, because of a change in their system, the customer is penalized and the system isn't working! We finally asked that the appointments be cancelled and we would seek our eye care elsewhere. At no time did a manager come and talk to us even though my husband asked to speak to a supervisor. This is a huge failure of this system and it saddens me as our prior experiences have been good.

The next thing is my mom hasn't been able to keep the same retina doctor that she started with approximately two years ago because you keep moving her around. She's in her 90s so why are you doing that? She mainly agrees with things most all the time except this last visit because you kept her in that room by herself! We can be pretty flexible with our dates and times and at first, we specifically requested one of the doctors which we got but only for a few times and then we got moved to another Dr and now it's another one. That again is totally unacceptable, but our hands are tied because she can't go anywhere else. There's nothing else in Somerset and traveling to a larger city is not going to work. If you want a five star, you must figure this out.
