Unfortunately they are no longer with them and the service has went downhill so much!! I was scheduled for an appointment the last of March I show up for my appointment 20 minutes early and go to check in. The receptionist says I am sorry the person you were scheduled to see is no longer with us, but I see you are schedule for an appointment on April 28th. I said I have an appointment and I really need to see someone because my ear is infected and I have lost my hearing in that ear. She smiles great big and looks at her computer, and replies I am sorry the only thing that we have available is your appointment on the 28th of April almost laughing at me! I am in pain I really need to see someone! She again says that is the only appointment we have and it says they tried to contact you with a stupid smile plastered on her face! I said no one tried to contact me, the number is programmed in my phone. She said they left a message it says here they did try to get a hold of you! No they did not. No voice mail, no calls showing up nothing! I told her I will find another ENT!! There are terrible. I have witnessed them telling other patients the same thing!!

This is a doctor that truly cares about his patients and goes the extra mile to make sure they are…read morehealthy. I truly believe that by doing so he saved my life. A simple chest exray led me to a CT scan follow up on these showed stage 1,cancer in 2 different places. He referred me to different doctors. 3 in all. 3 surgeries later and I am cancer free. As I said Dr Clifford Mathews saved my life and his support and positive attitude helped me through the roughest time of my life. God bless this wonderful man. Best Dr I've ever had.
