The amount of time in this office is unacceptable. You need more doctors down in Somerset. This…read moreplace has a growing elderly population! last visit she was there over two hours and most of the time they kept her in a room by herself while waiting for the doctor to come in to do the shot! The next thing is my mom hasn't been able to keep the same retina doctor that she started with approximately two years ago because you keep moving her around. She's in her 90s so why are you doing that? She mainly agrees with things most all the time except this last visit because you kept her in that room by herself! We can be pretty flexible with our dates and times and at first, we specifically requested one of the doctors which we got but only for a few times and then we got moved to another Dr and now it's another one. That again is totally unacceptable, but our hands are tied because she can't go anywhere else. There's nothing else in Somerset and traveling to a larger city is not going to work. If you want a five star, you must figure this out.

After searching my name she said my appointment was on the 26th at 1:40PM. Now understand we live in Corbin and this is 1 hour+ away. My wife ask if they could work me in given their mistake. The Receptionist responded no! I decided after this debocal that I woyld remove myself as a patient at Retina Associates. Never will be a patient of theirs again. I would score them a negative -100 on a scale from 1 to 10. Be ware when trying to get eye care from here.

He needed an X-rays on his knee and hip so he was able to step just next door to their clinic to obtain these. I saw Dr. Allison Cherry and was very pleased with her knowledge and warm personality. I needed a bone density test and again was able to just step next door for this.
