When I originally moved in the manager had to mindlessly wander through 2 offices to find a manilla envelope with my information (and check) just sitting out on a filing cabinet. Since then there have been multiple charges requested that were previously paid by us (my roomate and myself). When asked to remove these charges, the property managers said they would make it happen. We are about to ask for the fourth time over the course of a month with no action actually being taken. At this point I may even have to deal with late fees on a previously paid charge. I would highly suggest not paying an exorbitant rent to this company that can't even be bothered to care about your time.

When looking to buy a house in Kingston last year, I really lucked out, by first meeting with a…read morebroker from another firm, and then by connecting with Sabrina Puppolo of Coldwell Banker Village Green. The first realtor was pleasant enough, but did not have much expertise, nor was he very attentive or responsive. This prepared me for meeting Sabrina, who was completely different. She listened carefully, accurately grasped what I was looking for, and able to afford, before showing me a number of properties. In each one, Sabrina offered a detailed and knowledgeable assessment of the characteristics of the house and its location, and its likely maintenance and repair issues. She demonstrated a deep understanding of area property trends, commenting on the length of time properties were on the market, their asking price, and what the owner would be likely to accept as an offer. It quickly became obvious to me that her ability to assess properties was an invaluable asset for my search. In addition to the houses on her list, I asked her to set up a showing of a house that I found myself, as it was being sold directly by the owner, and she did. Sabrina recommended that I put in an offer, stating it was the best of the properties we had seen. Even though I had found the house, and it was not one of the properties she was personally representing, so I technically did not owe her commission, I volunteered to pay her full commission anyway, acknowledging the value of her insights and guidance. Sabrina followed up with guidance on every next step of the purchase process, and was unfailingly prompt, pleasant, professional and thorough.
