They did all the things you want from a contractor. They showed up when they said they would. They did what they promised to do. They replied to our concerns quickly. Even though this was a small job, I felt like we had their full attention. Each member of her crew is talented. We felt like we were in the best hands. The guy comes and does an eh job. He generally comes to do some of the job and without payment heads back out. While we wont mind paying some tip money for the helpful appearance (without him mentioning he was coming and asking for money), we know that our driveway is a trouble-maker.

Rob & Laura were the driving force for the final 4 months of our home's transformation from "very broken" to beautiful and livable. They were supportive of our project in the months leading up, and have continued to stay in touch since they wrapped up. Their to do list included structural changes, door and window swaps, drywall, trim, and full kitchen and bath installs. That's not to mention a massive list of surprise to do's that crop up with any old home renovation.
