I have had many massages and found this one to rate second to the best massage I have ever had (best was my first massage in Las Vegas 30 years ago). I had Charles and I will be back and ask for him specifically next time. My husband had a woman, she never gave her name, and he said it was good, he enjoyed it. He did say she 'forgot' to do his right shoulder/arm/hand which he has issue with and was hoping to 'work out the kinks'. When I asked him why he didn't address it with her he said "well, She left". ....men.... Regardless, we will both be back!

First, the Fishkill location is the main office, so as a Somers patient I felt like an intruder. The staff in Fishkill was cold. I had my transfer during their holiday party and when I needed someone, i waited and waited until finally my husband had to interrupt their party. I found out that cycle was unsuccessful after a very terse and cold phone call from Dr. Levine whom I had never met. I went in for a follow up visit only to hear a list of options and possibilities that had never been mentioned. I felt like it was for $$. The more cycles they could put me through, the more $ they could get. They mention on the website complimentary massage and acupuncture. If that's true, that's the first I'm hearing about it. Ladies, this is a difficult and emotional process. Do your hw. Best of luck.

Went through 6 rounds of medicated cycles and IUIs. Landed up needing IVF. Had 3 egg retrieval's during our 3 year long time being patients at HVF. We landed up getting a second opinion and going to another facility. Did IVF there and got pregnant on our first try! Yes the staff is nice, but I truly believe they are all about the money at this place. Now looking back. We had an embryo from one of our rounds be "tossed" away, had it notarized a year ago. And they keep sending me bills to pay for it as if they're storing it and have it frozen there. Please do your research when choosing a clinic.
