I understand if they are busy but the proper thing to say would have been, "let me take your number in case there is a cancellation." I expressed that I threw out my neck and can barely move, and the receptionist laughed on the phone while she told me they had absolutely nothing. Horrible customer service. To think they turn patients away who express they are in severe pain is disheartening, nonetheless laugh is completely inappropriate.
