I had a coupon that was valid for up to $49.99 off a case of Purina cat food. During my purchase, I bought two cases: one priced at $43.12 and another priced at $28.08. First, I was inconvenienced by the lengthy wait required because a salaried manager had to authorize the coupon. Unfortunately, the situation became even more frustrating when the manager applied the coupon to the $28.08 case, rather than the $43.12 case. If the coupon was valid for up to $49.99, it seems only reasonable that it should have been applied to the qualifying case with the higher purchase price of $43.12. Instead, Walmart effectively shortchanged me by $15.04 in coupon value. What makes this particularly concerning is that Walmart is not absorbing the cost of this promotion. Purina presumably reimburses Walmart for properly redeemed promotional coupons. Therefore, I have a difficult time understanding why the coupon was deliberately applied to the less expensive case. There is also another issue that concerns me. The manager did not write the actual discount amount on the coupon, even though that was apparently required. Consequently, I have no way of knowing whether Walmart will submit the coupon to Purina for the actual $28.08 discount or potentially receive the full $49.99 reimbursement. If Walmart receives the full $49.99 reimbursement from Purina while only giving me $28.08 in savings, that would mean Walmart could potentially profit an additional $21.91 from the transaction, while I was denied the $15.04 in savings I reasonably expected based on the higher-priced case. At a minimum, the failure to document the actual discount creates a serious transparency issue. I would like Walmart to investigate this transaction and explain: 1. Why the coupon was applied to the $28.08 case instead of the $43.12 case. 2. What Walmart's policy is regarding applying coupons that are valid for "up to" a specified dollar amount. 3. What amount Walmart will submit to Purina for reimbursement. 4. Why the manager failed to document the actual discount amount on the coupon as required. 5. Whether Walmart will reimburse me the $15.04 difference resulting from the coupon being applied to the lower-priced case. I have been a Walmart customer, but experiences like this make customers question whether they are actually receiving the full benefit of promotions advertised by Walmart and its suppliers. This is not simply about $15.04. It is about fairness, transparency, and whether customers can trust Walmart to properly honor promotional offers. I would appreciate a prompt explanation and resolution.

I only yelled so they could hear me because I was already out the door when the rude employees yelled at me it wasn't their fault they was out. when I know they wasn't out because she literally picked up the carton but didn't open it to look inside the carton. This morning when I went in to buy two energy drinks I was rudely told I was not allowed to purchase the drinks that they had the right to refuse service to anyone. when the employees was the ones who was a rude, b who refused to do their job, and c yelled at me first me. you literally had the experienced employee just standing there and the new employee did not know what she was looking for. I seriously already have an issue with the over priced products at this location but tolerated it due to location but after this I will be contacting corporate because employees snapping at customers and than refusing service when the customer never cursed or threatened all I said was your not out of cigarettes you just don't know what your looking for and only reason I yelled it is because I was already outside the door when the two employees already yelled at me rudely when they are the ones who absolutely had no idea what they was looking for and what they was talking about. I literally am in the store everyday teo to three times a day I never had an issue and never ever had them tell me my cogs was out because my smokes are so expensiv. again I knew she wasn't out she refused to check the unopened cartons which are all white per state law. only way for her to know which cigs they was was to actually check the cartons. she literally was holding the carton two mins ago when she was looking for the first pack she told me she was out of. how am I to trust her when I saw the pack she thought she was out of. again I didn't threaten or cuss and only yelled because I was outside the door and they yelled at me and I only yelled your not out of cigarettes you just don't know what your looking for. which is true. I feel as a transgender woman the reason these two employees singled me out is because I am transgender and they r usimg this excuse to discriminate against me.

Hot food, cold foods, freezer sections, deli, bakery, raw meats for purchase. Casino machines, automotive, lottery etc. carts available to shop (game changer) I opted on hot food and ordered frog legs, gator bites, okra, catfish, red beans , fries. I think the frog legs would have tasted better if they were deveined. The gator bites were overcooked, which made them taste hard and crunchy. The catfish was delicious and seasoned well. Also bought chocolate chip cookies which were moist, soft and chewy. Private parking and friendly staff. I will definitely stop here for anything.
