They had me ready to go in about 5 minutes, and when I went to pay them the guy said "oh no, we don't charge for top-up's" even though they new I was from Texas and would likely never be a repeat customer. I was fired due to being late so many times but those times were when I didnt have a car and walking to work most of the time and just becoming a father I wasn't getting very much sleep, I just wish I was told that there was no grace period and that it was ram through a points system which I didn't know till I finally got hired full time after 6 months and was told that I was on the verge of being fired becuase of points which I didn't know about and that's when I found out there was no 5/10 minute grace period I never was more then 10 minutes late and would still be working with a great company that I really enjoyed working for I just got done cleaning the puts pressure washing the entire out do all the grease and then I get called up told to leave

They got me in the same day and replaced the part in under 30 minutes for a very competitive rate. Incompetence should be the name of this place…read more My truck need a few maintenance jobs done. Fuel filter, oil change and my brakes were squeaking. I scheduled an appointment and brought the truck to them. A few hours later, they said my truck was done but they were unable to check out the brakes because the techs had other projects they were working on. They asked if I needed another appointment for the brakes. I asked what the multi point inspection showed. It showed the brakes were good! So I declined the appointment. A few days later, I am in Illinois for my job and I have a few recalls that needed completed. I take the truck to a dealership in Herrin, IL for the service and let them know the brakes are squeaking and that there are recalls on the truck. I get a call saying my caliper is seized and my rotor destroyed. They also said if the brakes would have been properly inspected, the parts needing to be replaced would be far less. So the incompetent mechanic lied on the inspection and was too lazy to complete a job. I have notified the corporate office about this stealership. DO NOT GO HERE!!!!!!!!!!!!

Now, I for one, do not mind, conversating and expressing ones opinion as this is our God given right, Freedom of Speech, however there is a time and place to express yourself in a way to utilizes expletives, as the two females were vocally upset, and favored one four letter word stating with F. Now this will not deter me from continuing my business, as I still find hucks to be a good overall experience. However, management needs to express to their employees that that kind of language, when children are present, should not be used.
