They removed a wire I didn't ask them to, which powered all my cabin lights, and then bundled the wires I wanted removed together with a zip tie.. They cut the hose for the rear AC and "plugged" it with a bolt, telling me, I need to keep an eye on it, bc the PSI from the system could force it out. They said there's no official way to cap it off. A quick google search for "capping off rear ac in 07 econoline" returned "AC Block Off for Econoline/E-Series." My car was there for 3 weeks. I was charged $400 for this. I would not recommend this company.

They got me in a bay immediately and sure enough, I needed a quart and a half. They had me ready to go in about 5 minutes, and when I went to pay them the guy said "oh no, we don't charge for top-up's" even though they new I was from Texas and would likely never be a repeat customer. Poor management, tried to make a appointment to have a new catalytic converter installed on my…read moretruck, Ron the exhaust expert would not return my call to set up an appointment, talked with Kevin he ask if I could bring the truck in on tuesday so Ron could take a look and make mesurements. No big deal right!, wrong, when I arrived on tuesday the nice lady at the front desk knew nothing about my truck. We went looking for Kevin found him engaged in casual conversation with a friend, we stood there for a full minute or more wait for him to aknowledge our presence. I took this time to look around the grage, two guys who I guess were his mechanics were not working on anything at the time, they were just standing around and talking. Then I realised that Kevin was not going to pause his conversation to ask me or the lady from the front desk if he could help us, he acted like he had all the time in the world, I didnot. What a waste of time and gas for me, a 40 mile round trip all wasted because Kevin could not just make a appointment and keep it, it all comes down to a lack of customer care, poor management and scheduling. If this is how Kevins Auto is managed and how their customer`s are treated, why would anyone trust them with their vehicle?
