I think the couple that run this cafe could do with some extra training on customer services.
Even though they did have a highchair available, and pointed it out in the corner of the room, they choose not to get it and left my sister standing in the middle of the room, holding a baby. Whilst this was going on, i tried to order a drink for my thirsty child (which was why we went in, in the first place), they ignored me standing at the counter, refused to tell me if they served squash or juice and instead asked me to go and sit down to look at the menu.
The funny thing was that it was counter service!
How hard would it of been to have helped fetch the highchair or at least acknowledged that i wanted to quickly order a drink for my child who was thirsty.
I doubt we'll go there again. read more
