After withdrawing $ from the ATM and was paying for the ticket, I suggested that they put up a sign on the plexiglass or tell people "cash only" BEFORE pulling the lottery ticket. The manager heard this and came over to argue "They dont have time to tell that to 3k people a day." I told him he didnt have to be rude, then he called me an ugly bitch and told me never to come back! This guy need psychiatric help and definitely doesnt belong in customer service!!!
