It took 3 days to get diagnostic which they couldn't provide timeline on the part arrival time. We purchased our own parts and still waiting VERIFICATION codes to updated to ECM. Also, you have to call this shop to get updates. They will not do anything until you keep calling them. Any Owner Operator stay away from all Rushes. I only went to this location because it was preferred by NTP. I'm calling NTP to have them remove the referred location. My truck had two simple issues which are still not repaired. The problem is you get stuck in stations where you have your truck at these locations because they did so much work trying to figure out the problem when I can see the codes on my ELD. Imagine dealership with 3.7 rating on Google is embarrassing. It's clear the service manager of this location doesn't care. All call this shop before towing my vehicle to this location. They confirmed they weren't busy and could be pulled in right away. Please avoid this location unless you want your truck down for weeks.

Honestly I can't recommend these folks enough…read more I did the absolute dumbest thing any man can do-- starved my Ford Triton V10 of oil and completely trashed the top end (could have been much worse actually). I really struggled to find shops that would work on it. There's not many around, and those that exist are owned by nightmare corporations that will just really cause more issues than they solve and leave you with a huge bill as thanks. Now I'm on old motorhead and given the engine was still running but just making a racket, I pretty much knew it was going to need at the minimum new camshafts and rollers. I priced both crate engines and the new parts and had a pretty good idea what the parts cost would likely be going into it. I considered the repair myself, but I have two kids, a full time job and just don't have that kind of time anymore. I was fully expecting shops to completely steam roll me since they know you're over a barrel-- which is exactly what happened to me when I got my first couple of quotes. But not Andy's. These guys gave me a very reasonable quote with reasonable parts markups and fair labor costs for what it takes to do an in-place cam/roller replacement. This kind of repair isn't cheap, but their price was fair, so I decided to go with them. Here's where the guys really rock. After about 600 miles of driving the engine started making noise again. My heart sank (and this time I knew it wasn't oil starvation because now I obsessively check every time I get in this vehicle!!). I was mentally preparing myself to be told I'm out of luck, because I'm just so used to being treated poorly as a customer these days. Do you want to know what Andy's did? They took my vehicle back in, did the entire top end again, admitted they made a mistake, and stood behind their work. I was absolutely floored. Ab-so-lutely FLOORED!!! Here's what I hate about this. I know they made basically zero dollars from my repair, and that really makes me sad. My engine now has over 5000 miles since they did the second repair and it's running like a kitten. Not only will I give them the first right of refusal on any engine work I personally have, I will recommend them to anyone who has any engine work needs for the rest of my god-given life. To make up for either breaking even or taking a loss on my repair, I hope that all of you reading this will not even hesitate to give them your business. Oh and also-- I was an easy target for shaming given that this whole mess was my fault. They didn't once make me feel bad about that. Professional and caring all the way through. I love these guys and can't say enough good things about them.

As most Class A owners understand it's critical that if you own one of these beast that you need to be able to do some minor repairs yourself or at least have some trouble shooting skills or have a very deep wallet, my skills vastly outweigh my wallet and I enjoy doing as much of the service myself, but with the technology advances in electronics it becomes an almost impossible task to track down all the issues even with detailed schematics, there are reasons that Freightliner has certified trained mechanics and especially when things are under warranty it's important to take it to the professionals. My initial conversation was with Phil the Service Manager he was very professional and friendly and most importantly knowledgeable, after a few minutes of me explaining what my issue was he immediately took over and told me he understood the cause and then checked his parts inventory and told me he had the solution in stock and told me if I showed up he would do his best to fit me in the schedule without having to make an appointment. He also followed up with a call after looking at the shop's schedule and we agreed that I'd show up the next day which was incredible to me being a few of the other service centers that were closer could only set appointments as far out as January 2022 without providing any trouble shooting advice which was very disappointing. I showed up as we agreed and although they were just opening at 7:00 AM and the shop was filled with trucks and RVs I was greeted by Tim who was busy working on a diesel rig but took the time to introduce himself and directed me to the service desk where Phil resides he also told me he would be the one installing the new module - Phil took my information while Tim proceeded to check out my RV. I was in and out with my issue resolved in less than 30 minutes after arriving which completely blew me away, this was really an unexpected level of customer service and I really appreciated the attention and professionalism - Tim made sure the everything worked after the repair was completed and also took great care during the repair to ensure that my RV was left as he found it. Being it was Warrenty work there was no charge - this is definitely the shop I want to service my MotorCoach going forward and definitely one I'll recommend to anyone looking for quality diesel repairs - these guys are the best...
