Absolutely stellar! Scheduling was a bit of an issue, hence the 4 Stars. Ordered a Fireplace with non combustible mantle and Grand Vista Screen Doors. Fireplace came in and was installed without issue. However, it appears the lady that orders everything did not place the mantle order nor the screen door order at the same time. So that delayed completion by several weeks. This made absolutely no sense since everything was Paid for in full when I placed the order. When I questioned why and how this could happen, no one seemed surprised by this individual dropping the ball. The finished job looks great and works wonderfully. But before using them for the next fireplace addition, I'd have to be sure that the problem person I had wouldn't be involved again.

He showed me mold and moisture in the house that the other 2 did not. Victor's crew was great to work with and completed the job just as he described it would be done. A couple of details came to light after the work was done but, Victor and Tim came back and resolved them. It was a large and lengthy job but they did it well. There is not a sign or smell of mold present in the entire house living area, basement, or garage.
