I finally got in touch with someone at the transport company and they said they canceled the ride yesterday because they "couldn't do it." No one from the transport company called me to tell me the trip was canceled. After seeing their online reviews, this appears to be a common occurrence for them. They made me miss 2 doctor's appointments today and when I called to inquire why the dispatcher just says oh, well sorry call someone else. They have nasty attitudes and their service sucks. I gave them another try because it is so hard to get a reliable cab in Binghamton, NY period. University left me waiting at Walmart in Vestal for 2 hours by saying, 15 min, cab is on the way, he should be pulling up any minute, well they can go to hell. I will not be calling on them ever again!!! I have had it with their lies. I do not blame the drivers, it is the damn dispatchers that is incompetent and can't do the job they are getting paid to do.
