The cash point here is not safe i would advise customers not to come to because of the trouble makers around the corner. The bank it self is open Monday to Friday and is not one of the branches open on an Saturday. Staff here are friendly and you do have to wait an while as they take their time often at transcations. In my time coming here i always had some good service just find it to be dangerous to get cash out at night here.

Assistant computer was down so took my details and said the account would be closed and money transferred overnight by fast transfer. Didn't happen, calls to customer services (approx 30 mins) couldnt help and was given local telephone no (01772 405509). This line is disconnected, so only way to resolve this problem created by barclays staff is to make a return trip to the bank, and ask them to do the task all over again.

You turn off eanum at the Natwest bank and then turn right then right again to find this place. everything is bought in bulk and nothing individually but the poffers are very good and so profit margines are high. The system is that you get a large trolley and when you have finished a cashier and assistant transfere your items to a new trolley before you pay. They take cash only. A security guard checks that you reciept matches wahat you have ( like Macro or Costo does)

Sometimes when you come in here during the week the ques are very long but the staff help you with the self service if you are in a hurry and don't have time to wait. last year i had some fraud on my bank account and the natwest fraud team went out of their way to inform me how much had been stolen and within the month they recovered all of my money and they started a police investigation to find out who had done it. I was so pleased with how far they went to help me and all they did to prevent this from happening again. I have been with many banks in the past but this is by far the best i wouldn't change for anything.
