I called and no one answered so I had to leave a message. I could not even get a quote or any info without sending an email which I did. Turned off by the fact I could not talk to anyone I went to second name on list. The website showed me pictures of options which was very helpful. The owner Chris answered the phone right away. I told him what I thought I needed and he advised me I likely needed two tents. Within a few minutes he sent me a quote for the two tents and lights. And within 20 minutes we had made all the arrangements. Meanwhile it took the first bigger company four days to even contact me! Chris confirmed delivery the night before and showed up exactly when promised to set them up. Could not have been more pleased. Glad I went with the little guy!

I spoke to the representative from Dalissa and found out they rent and deliver all types of items for weddings, parties, or any type of function. I checked out their website and saw they had everything from fancy chairs and tables to floral arches and special event items. I made contact and decided to rent the rose bush and cherry blossom trees. The delivery went seamlessly and so did the pick-up. My guests were blown away at the look and feel it gave the room. I'm extremely happy that I decided to rent these items, they went with my theme and they looked so real and elegant. I initially thought about making my own arch, but this was so cost effective and it was taken back afterwards, so I didn't need to figure out what I was going to do with it after. Backed my car up to the service area and a young fellow loaded it into my car. Even offered a cover to lay it on. Got to my house and snaked the pipe out. But during the job we noticed that the auto switch was broken so I had to use my keys to leverage the switch on. And then halfway through reeling the snake back into the coil the drive belt started slipping. So the plumber had to manually pull the snake back out. So when I returned it we informed the sales associate. He then offered a %15 discount, but my plumber wanted more. So I settled with and the rental ended up being $9 dollars less at $55. Overall wasn't too bad an experience. Good customer service! And they have a wide variety of rental needs on site.

It has a small parking lot and a small customer lobby. They had 3 people working the counter when I was there, so there was not a long wait, if any, to check out. If you are ever in need of renting some equipment, I highly recommend checking this place out. They have competitive prices, nice equipment, and the best staff.
