I had to call three times to get general information, was advised that I would be sent an email to set up an account and when Colleen back she told me that the email bounced back and she had no number contact me. Would not recommend whatsoever, certain services are limited in the central valley so hopefully you others out there will find a better company who cares about their customers. Or at least exhibits effective communication skills.

Earlier this month on the second I ordered my glasses and I received a text message yesterday stating they were ready for pick up at my Costco. I was super fun finally happy to get the new glasses. I'm waiting forever just kidding. That was less than two weeks so that was great.
