A great and unique way to see the Disney Parks A 2017 report…read moreindicated that eight helicopter tour operators were authorized to fly above Orlando's tourist corridor. This particular company has two locations operating in Orlando. I stopped by the northern location with a plan to take the Disney parks tour that I had seen online. I found that the pricing structure was designed based on flight time. This means that, since those parks are close to the southern location, it is cheaper to drive to that location and fly out of there, the southern location. I did just that and drove to the southern location. The store is located near the intersection of Vineland and Regency Center Drive. The office was immaculate and nice. You sign a waiver and they explain the safety briefing. You need at least 2 people or you have to wait for another person unless you want to pay for both seats. As I said I took the Disney package tour which gives you a great view of all the Disney parks from there. This location is the best place to take this tour for the decreased price. If you want to see the northern sights I would suggest going to the northern location as you will get more for your flight time. The pilot was very friendly, knowledgeable, and competent. The flight was about 15 minutes. It was excellent and along the route, the pilot did a great job of pointing out the various sights and answering my questions. The view is wonderful and the flight was fun. I would recommend this experience to anyone who wants a unique once-in-a-lifetime event.

Although I don't know exactly how much they paid them (it was prepaid by the volunteer company), the ride was pleasurable. Although the name is quite a bit of a misnomer (as the cars are labelled as something completely different on the license plate section (I don't remember it's exact name), the ride was pleasurable. The driver took the route in a backtracked form and drove me back to the airport. Although the mood was quite quiet (I wasn't going to speak much), he got me to the airport efficiently and within the amount of time he said he could get me there in (actually, he was a bit quicker as I got there about 5 minutes before the expected arrival time at the airport ticketing booth). Thanks. When he helped me unload my baggage (my overnight bag and laptop), he was very kind. Thanks for everything.

It was bad enough that we reported them to the Better Business Bureau of Orlando. I'll say right now, up front, book with Mears Transportation instead. They treat their customers with dignity, respect and offer the absolute best customer service. Now onto details: My husband had a reservation with Precision Transportation. We received a confirmation email that he would be picked up in a town car at the MCO Airport and taken home by their company. Upon arriving, my husband was unable to reach the company on the phone number they had provided him. He called 407-448-3969 as well as their main line: 877-837-0147. Both lines went to a personal cell voice mail and neither call was returned. He waited for over and hour and a half and no one returned his call. He eventually got a taxi and ended up spending much more than he would have if the company had come through. Later that day, we received an email from Precision, letting us know that they had a glitch in their system that somehow cancelled a few of their reservations, but that our credit card was not charged. We felt an email was no way to apologize to a customer. And again, they never picked up their phones or returned the calls when he was stranded. My husband was away on business and wanted to give the company a bit of time to do the right thing. We never heard from them. On June 1st, we sent them an email letting them know how dissatisfied we were with their services and would appreciate a phone call. Today, we received this very unprofessional email from the company: We have clearly explained the situation and it is unfortunate that you are carrying such hate and lack of understanding. It was obviously not our choice to have computer program errors, but it happened. This was not intentional and we surely do not owe you anything other than an apology. My reply was sent to you on May 1st and it is completely ridiculous for you to reply over 1 month later with such a threatening tone. Kind Regards, Coryne 407-448-3969/407-832-0147 Toll-Free 877-837-0147 CWS-PRECISION TRANSPORTATION-TAXIORLANDO Our email was neither threatening nor carried "hate" as the email states. We simply felt we deserved a phone call rather than an email apology for all my husband went through that night. This is no way to run a business. And it is certainly the poorest customer service we have received. A good business would never say such things to a customer. Customers deserve better quality, care, and respect.

Zoom Rent A Car by Stark One in Orlando was a mixed experience, and unfortunately not one I'd rush…read moreto repeat. The location is a bit far from ORL and sits in a somewhat seedy area along the side of the road, which wasn't the most reassuring first impression. We booked through Orbitz and got a good deal as part of our trip, but it quickly became clear why the price was lower. The shuttle drivers weren't very friendly, didn't assist with luggage, yet still expected gratuity, which felt off. Inside the office, things were just as frustrating. Despite having several employees present, there appeared to be only one counter and one person actually helping customers. Jose was his name, and he was genuinely wonderful-efficient, kind, and doing his best under pressure. At one point, he was being snapped at by another frustrated family while still trying to assist us. It was unclear why other staff members couldn't step in to help, as the check-in process took far longer than it should have. Thankfully, since most of our paperwork was completed online, Jose was able to move us through relatively quickly once it was our turn. The vehicle itself was disappointing. Although it had supposedly been cleaned, the seats were heavily stained and didn't feel fresh at all. We chose not to request a different car due to the heat and the already long wait, which turned out to be a mistake. That same evening-after only driving from the rental facility to our hotel and then to Disney-we returned to find the check engine light on along with an error message. We attempted to contact the company by phone and email but received no response until the following evening. In the meantime, we felt uneasy but determined it was "safe enough" to drive short distances, which limited our plans. When customer service finally responded, they informed us they were aware of the issue and that it wasn't a concern. That explanation wasn't very reassuring-if they knew about the problem, why rent the car out in the first place? We ended up minimizing our driving and returned the vehicle as soon as possible. Checkout was similarly slow and disorganized. Overall, while the initial deal seemed appealing, the experience didn't justify the savings. Next time, I'd strongly recommend renting directly from an airport location....sometimes convenience and reliability are worth the extra cost.

Technically, it was after 2 weeks so they went ahead and charged my card $209 for the monthly fee. I disputed the charge and they fought it. Why? Out of spite. The email I received from them stated that if I had "asked for a refund" they would've "considered it". Isn't that sweet? But because I disputed the charge they submitted paperwork showing the issue "No refunds". I sent a follow up email stating since me and her mom don't reside together there was a misunderstanding and I asked nicely they reconsider the refund and I apologized.... No reply! So the facts are I took my daughter for a 15 minute try out, never attended 1 class and was charged $209. That's my kind of family friendly business! Money hungry and spiteful.
