I purchased some Hansshow door handles with extra features to replace the ones that came on my Tesla Model Y. HP Autosport told me they worked on Teslas--but that putting these door handles on was too complicated for them and they wouldn't do it. And they were recommended by Hansshow! Can't put in door handles? I'm not sure about their other work. At least they were honest rather than trying and causing problems. read more

Harold fixed my car professionally after I had lost all hope to get it running correctly again. Before I found HP Autosport, I had gone to other mechanics which i have read good reviews about. To my surprise, I ended up with opinions that went against those good reviews. I have a 2012 Hyundai Genesis Coupe 2.0T and it used to have issues with the wastegate and turbocharger. After many attempts at trying to fix it at various repair shops, I figured it was time to get rid of the car. I saw HP Auto and became intrigued. I gave it one last shot in hopes to finally have it repaired. As soon as I stepped into the office, Harold walked me through the process so I could understand everything that was going on. Harold replaced my turbo charger and bypass vacuum solenoid. He also replaced my exhaust manifold with new hardware since the old one was impossible to remove without breaking off the bolts that were holding it in (bolts were basically welded into the metal due to extreme heat cycles). With all of this, it got rid of all the issues that my car had. It was professionalism at its finest! It's been over a year since my car last had its check engine light come on. As of now, my car is problem-free and I can enjoy feeling the boost kicking in, along with the satisfying turbo spooling sound! The first one star rate on google map was given by one of my friend, because his car was damaged after he had some modifications from Harold. For the detail, please move to my friends comments thx. HOWEVER!!!!!!!after Harold see the comment, he copy my friend's real name and post comments with his real name in lots of different group chat to find him. What is going on ??? I can't understand what he was doing????? Is that what he should do?????BTW my friend didn't post any thing that is fake. 2. All of this one star were from people did go to Harold once or even multiple times and used to trust him. We thought he was a honest person but he failed us. 3.I had my cars exhaust changed in this shop. On the phone he told me it would be $180 for max and being really friendly to me so I thought we had a deal. But after the exhaust was put on, the price he told me became $270, and he did said that if you pay cash I could make it for u in $$256 which is still more than the quote. 4. Since I used to be one of his customers, I went to ask him if I could get me a AC air filters change. The price he told me was $96? R u kidding me? I was asking if I could get a cheaper price since it's overpriced. Guess what he answer me? Here is the original quote from Harold "I am giving you the good one and the one you showed me was sucks, if you want to breathe with the ash, go for it!" That's how he talked to his customers!!!! And I went to search the air filter he recommended, it was only 40-50 dollar(not to mention that he might get discount on it)and my friends get it out on for only 15 bucks in Goleta. 5. There are too many thing I don't even wanna mention, for example he was trying to sell one of my friends a set of BMW M performance exhaust tip in a price that's 2 times more than the factory price!!!(we went online and check the price and we were all shocked) Overall, we did trust you once, but you treated us as a group of jerk??? That's not how you do business. BTW I also think he also treated the different customers differently, he's scared of the American local customers and treat them really well, and the way he treated the other customers who might not know car that well, you know:) just like what I showed above. I just moved to Goleta for school, so I don't have many connections out here. I buckled a fender pretty badly from hitting a dip while turning. A friend told me to see if I can rent a fender roller from HP. I figured I didn't want to do the work myself so I sent an email to ask if they could do it. It was over the weekend so I wasn't expecting a response until at least Monday afternoon. Harold responded no more than a few hours later if that and we continued to discuss the work throughout the weekend. He told me I could come by on Tuesday morning, so the appointment was set. I arrive at 8 AM on Tuesday, had to wait no more than a few minutes as they opened up shop, no bother to me. Harold takes a look at my fender (which somehow became a lot better than it was when it originally bucked), and told me it shouldn't take more than an hour/hour and a half. Sweet. I hand him the keys and go off to get some breakfast. As I'm literally walking back into the parking lot, I get a phone call from HP saying my car is done, right on time. He shows me the work. It is exactly what I asked for and exactly what I expected. Quick transaction, great work, and I was back home in bed by 10 AM. I'll definitely be coming here again. It just made me very comfortable being able to leave my E92 M3 there for a an alignment and corner balance. I came in for a simple oil change on my sons car, an older BMW 3 series. I had my own oil and filter, which for some shops they wont use supplied items. So I only paid for labor, didnt want to go to a "oil change" place due to bad past experience. The tech started checking tire pressure and topped off other fluids which was needed. This was in my eyes, going the extra step when I only paid for labor and not parts.
