You rarely see Dr. Kidd, it's usually a practitioner instead. The front office staff is the worst! They are extremely rude and lazy. They refuse to work with your insurance to file claims properly, and, instead, pawn those duties off on the patient. Every other medical office I've ever visited has kindly called insurance companies to file claim, multiple times if needed. Dr. Kidd's staff refuses to call after the first time and will rudely harrass you for payment before engaging with the insurance company. If all they are going to do is schedule patients, they could probably cut some heads. Transferred after 6 months and have no issues with the new doctor.

The tech who took photos and helped get things prepared for Dr Hoffman was engaging and sweet and Dr Hoffman blew us both away with her complete engagement with my girl. When I told her I could not see out of my new glasses or contacts, her response was simply, "Well, that's about as good as it's going to get!" I then explained that I would be switching to a new doctor and brought my glasses back to request a refund. The front desk staff became visibly offended and refused to let me speak with the doctor. They could clearly see that my eye was extremely red, but they completely ignored it. Because I was leaving the practice, they suddenly required me to pay upfront for services that day--something that had never been asked of me before, despite having insurance. When I apologized and repeated that I simply could not see out of the glasses or contacts, they just handed me my paperwork with no further discussion or help. This office seems perfectly fine as long as you're happy with everything and don't complain. The moment you have an issue with the glasses or contacts, the service and attitude change dramatically. I am very disappointed in both the medical care and the overall treatment I received.
