I just wish I would have gone in sooner. He is amazing! My first visit was on a Wednesday and he fit me in for surgery that Friday. Dr. Patty was so good at explaining everything and made me feel very comfortable with the whole process. He was even kind enough to call and check on me after surgery. I tried to avoid surgery at all cost but would have had it much earlier had I seen Dr. Patty. My scarring is very minimal as well. I highly recommend seeing him for any of your foot or ankle needs.

I've never have to see a podiatrist ever in my life. I called yesterday for an appointment because…read morehis office was close by and he had decent ratings. They were able to get me in the next day (today) and as soon as I walked in the door I was able to go back, hardly any wait time at all except how long it took for me to fill out the new patient paperwork. He came in and I showed him my feet (ingrown toe nails ) and they were causing a lot of pain. He gave me two options, and we decided to just go ahead and have them removed right there on the spot! I was surprised, I thought I'd have to come back another day to have them done, so I agreed to go forward and let him do it. I'm a huge wimp and I don't do well with pain or shots of any kind, and he told me I had to get 4 of them :( 2 in each big toe. And it really really hurt! But he was so nice, he did everything he could to make it as painless as possible, he sprayed cold stuff on my feet so they wouldn't hurt as bad, and helped distract me from the pain by talking to me until the anesthetic kicked in. After that, he did what he needed to do and it was all done in less than 20 minutes. In and out same day, no pain after leaving the office, and the best (and only) experience I've had with a podiatrist but now I will go to him for all my feet and ankle issues and I recommend him to anyone who needs help! He is the nicest man and so gentle and I am very grateful for his help. He is definitely good at what he does. Thank you Dr. McKell!!

I've never had a late or unpaid bill in my life. If I'd known I owed anything I would have paid it. However, the people here are the type that would rather have an outside agency deal with 40 dollars than make one call or send a single email themselves.
