Review remains the same. Placed a pick up order for Advantix for my dogs. I ordered a 6 count. I should have checked the box, but when I got home (45 minutes away) I found it was a single count. Drove back to town, she then handed me a 21-55 pound box. I realized this and gave it back to her. She then handed me a 4 count box. So frustrating. Finally got the 6 count box of what I ordered after wasting 3 hours of my day to fix their mistake. This was a flat out failure to show up for work. Minus another star for a canned response.

My wife and I contacted them about this, and Heather answered the phone. She was extremely disrespectful and sarcastic throughout the call, and claimed the wound must be old. We know our dogs very well, and know the condition in which she went into boarding. It was not how she came out. We had such a good relationship with Katie, and are so sad to see what this business has become with new management. If you want to keep your pets safe, I would find somewhere else to bring them.

They ran multiple tests and still couldn't tell me what was wrong with her $600 later. I then took all the results from the tests they ran and brought them to two other vets in the area. As soon as the other vets took a look they knew exactly what was wrong. Cancer. Petcetra told me they would do an ultra sound the very next day after seeing them saying one day wouldn't make a difference, which they did not do. I called them 3 times the day after our first appointment wondering when they were going to get us in. They eventually called me at the end of the day when they were closing saying they didn't have the time that day and they would call me the next. Instead of waiting for them to call me the next day I brought my dog into another vet who gave the second opinion. At that point her vitals dropped drastically within that 48 hour period and she would not make it through the surgery she needed. Resulting in my having to put her down to end her suffering.
